Common use of ON-CALL DIFFERENTIAL Clause in Contracts

ON-CALL DIFFERENTIAL. 25.01 Employees required to be on-call shall be paid an on-call differential of one dollar ($1.00) per hour, or portion thereof. The minimum on-call requirement shall be four (4) consecutive hours.
