The Employer will furnish the instruction and necessary materials for the course. The course will be conducted on the employee’s time. Those not in compliance will be suspended, with a maximum suspension of 90 days, until they can produce a valid first aid and CPR card. Borrower hereby represents, warrants and covenants that, (i) CHP II RIVERVIEW FL TENANT LLC (“Licensee”) has applied for new license or filed for change of ownership with the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (“AHCA”) on July 3, 2018, in connection the operation of the Project as an assisted living facility; (ii) Borrower will enter into, and keep in good standing with respect to the Transition Period Sublease described under Article XII, item (c) above; (iii) so long as it owns and operates the Project as an assisted living facility, it and the Project will remain in compliance with all applicable Laws regarding the all licenses, permits and approvals required to operate the Project as an assisted living facility (collectively, the “Operator’s License”) and (iv) it will obtain the final, unconditional Operator’s License not later than 90 days after the date of this Agreement. OPERATOR’S LICENSE. The Louisiana Commercial Drivers License (CDL) will be paid for by the Company provided the operator remains in the continuous employ of the Company for a period of six (6) months minimum.

OPERATOR’S LICENSE. Employees who temporarily lose their operator’s license, if required for their position, shall be placed in a lower classification at the lower rate of pay provided that a position is available. Nothing herein shall require the Engineer to create a position for an employee who loses his license. If no position is available, an employee shall be placed on unpaid leave until such time as the employee reacquires his operator’s license. Prior to placing an employee in a lower classification or on unpaid leave, the Employer shall discuss such placement with the Union.
OPERATOR’S LICENSE. All employees shall be in possession of and shall maintain a valid California driver's license Class A or B as required by law for the work the employee is to perform. These licenses are required even if the employee's driving responsibility is not full-time.
OPERATOR’S LICENSE. The City will pay the difference between a regular motor vehicle operator’s license and a Class A CDL license with Air Brakes endorsement for renewals, for all full-time employees required to hold such endorsements.
