Orientation Materials. If a Fiscal Intermediary for one of the covered programs conducts an orientation session, DHS shall require the Fiscal Intermediary to distribute to Individual Providers Union membership applications and Union orientation materials. It shall be the Union’s responsibility to provide the Fiscal Intermediary with sufficient copies for distribution. The materials shall not be partisan or defamatory in nature, and shall be subject to prior review and approval by the State.
Orientation Materials. At the table provided, the union may provide a copy of the collective bargaining agreement, union membership card, a list of chapter leaders with contact information, as well as any other informational materials reasonably related to the union.
Orientation Materials. Customer may request orientation materials from CMT on an as-needed basis in order to fulfill its obligations under Section 6.1. CMT shall only be required to supply same to the extent then available to it.

The Association shall provide to the College information packets including the following information items: the structure of the Association, the location of the Association office, where and how to access the Association contract, how to communicate with Association leadership, and an Association membership form with a return envelope. The College shall include this Association information packet in Orientation packets given to all new bargaining unit members.
Orientation Materials. The Facility shall provide WSSU with its rules, regulations, schedules and orientation materials prior to Students’ assignment.
Orientation Materials. The Site shall provide WSSU with its rules, regulations, schedules and orientation materials when requested.
Orientation Materials. The Union shall be given the opportunity to provide information regarding Union processes and procedures including membership registration. The Union shall be invited to attend HR Orientation sessions with new Unit Members to provide such information. The College is not responsible for distributing this information.
Orientation Materials. USofCC shall provide to the College information packets including the following information items: the structure of USofCC, the location of USofCC’s office, where and how to access the Agreement, how to communicate with USofCC leadership, and a USofCC membership form with a return envelope. The College shall include this USofCC information packet in Orientation packets given to all new unit members. Any information to be included in the Orientation packet not specifically listed above shall first be shared with the College prior to its inclusion in the packet. If the College does not approve the material, it will not be included in the packet. However, inclusion of material will not be unreasonably or arbitrarily denied.
