Other Contractual Agreements. The parties to this Agreement recognize that they may enter into other contractual agreements for services to be provided to the Company for which independent contracts shall be executed and that this Agreement relates solely to the appointment of the Advisor to the Advisory Board and the mandate of the Advisory Board as noted by the Company and the Board.
Other Contractual Agreements. During the term of this Agreement Reflectone shall not knowingly or willfully take any action, or omit to take any action, or enter into any agreement which would cause BAe to be in violation of any law, regulation or any financial or contractual covenants provided by BAe in any agreement to which it is a party or which would otherwise place BAe in default of any such agreement.
Other Contractual Agreements. A. Health Insurance The head cooks and assistant cooks will receive the same health insurance package options the other non-teaching staff and administrative groups receive. The head cooks and assistant cooks also receives dental, vision, and long-term disability coverage. Upon application, the cooks will receive medical, dental, vision care and long term disability protection as outlined in Appendix A. As a result of the enactment of Public Act 152 of 2011 and Public Act 270 of 2013, the Board shall contribute up to the legislated caps for Medical costs during the benefit plan years, as amended annually by the State Treasurer and defined in MCL 15.562 and 15.563. If the District plans to change insurance policies then the cooks will have representation in achieving mutually cooperative selection of any new policy, plan or program generally comparable to current benefits defined in Appendix A. The head cooks and assistant cooks will receive the same cash in lieu of insurance options the teacher’s bargaining unit receives.

Other Contractual Agreements. Future revenue contracts shall be the responsibility of FSU as fiscal agent. Net revenues generated from other contractual agreements will be credited to the Joint College for its use.
