Other Employment and Conflict Of Interest. Employees will promptly disclose to the company any additional employment that they contemplate or attend which relates to or is in competition with the company that may result in a conflict of interest. The company will assess the real or potential conflict in any individual case and instruct the employee accordingly. Conflict of interest is a ground for termination of employment. This does not automatically exclude any employee from having a second part-time job.

We may oppose that request and you must comply with our decision if we are of the opinion it will harm our business or negatively affect your ability to work for us. 5.2 You have declared in your employment application that all of the information provided by you to us is accurate and complete. You are required to disclose all pre-existing injuries and diseases of which you are aware or any which you could foresee may affect your proposed employment.
