Overtime Paid. ‌ Overtime shall be paid for all time worked after the completion of a Compressed Work Week index or ten hours of work, whichever occurs first.

Overtime Paid. Time and one-half of base hourly rate will be paid for all hours actually worked over eight (8) in one day or over forty (40) in a workweek. For purposes of this section, hours actually worked includes hours paid for funeral leave, holidays, vacations, paid sick leave, sickness and accident insurance, jury duty leave, paid lunch time and compensatory time. In lieu of overtime pay, the employee may elect to accrue compensatory time. Compensatory time shall be credited at one and one-half hours for every overtime hour worked and may accrue up to forty (40) hours. The use of the compensatory time will be scheduled at the mutual convenience of the employee and the department head.
Overtime Paid. The 9/80 FLSA workweeks will not generally correspond with the City’s pay periods. Therefore, where adjustments to overtime compensation cannot be calculated until the completion of the employee’s workweek (e.g., when they occur in the last half of the 8 hour day), a one pay period’s delay in the employee receiving the additional compensation may occur. When an employee transitions from a 10/80, 4/10, or other 40-hour per week work schedule to a 9/80 work schedule, there will be a change to the beginning of the FLSA workweek. This results in a situation in which 4 hours fall in both the old workweek and the new workweek. The following procedures are designed to avoid an overtime obligation during this change. Overtime Paid. (a) Overtime rates of two (2) times the regular rate of pay shall be paid for all time worked in excess of the eight (8) hours per day or forty (40) hours per week. (b) Exceptions to the above 5:01 and 5:02 (a) are: Watchmen and Power House employees whose services are regularly required on weekends, will be paid the regular rates of pay for work done on Saturday and Sunday, but in no case will they work more than eight (8) hours per shift or forty (40) hours per week without overtime rates being paid. In addition, all regular shift work commences at 2300 hours Sunday. (c) If an employee's shift is changed, all hours worked on the first shift will be paid at the overtime rate of two (2x) times the regular job rate. The employee's shift may be changed back to the regular shift during the week with no additional penalty. Overtime shall be paid for all hours worked in excess of or outside the employee(s)' designated shift start time. It is understood that an employee shall be paid overtime for a shift change as outlined above and if as a result of such change works in excess of forty (40) hours per week or eight (8) hours per day, overtime premium shall apply for all hours in excess. (d) Exceptions to 5:02

Overtime Paid. An employee working beyond their normal work week, with the prior approval of the Executive Director or their Designee, shall receive time and one-half his or her regular rate of pay for all hours so worked. An employee who otherwise works beyond his or her normal workweek may, at the discretion of the Executive Director, receive overtime pay or compensatory time. This provision shall not apply to the Modernization Program Coordinator, and Tenant Selection Supervisor. These positions shall receive 1.5 times their regular rate of pay for all hours worked, with prior approval of the Director, in excess of five hours beyond their normal work week.

  • Overtime Meals When employees are required to work more than two (2) hours beyond their regular work days, the Employer will provide hot meals at no cost to the employees, up to a maximum of sixteen dollars ($16.00) (receipts to be submitted) plus paid meal periods of one-half (1/2) hour at the prevailing rate and thereafter at four (4) hour intervals. Any early morning start before regular starting time is entitled to a paid meal. The breakfast limit is thirteen dollars ($13.00) (receipts to be submitted). Employees called out on overtime shall be paid for meals as above, after four (4) hours work.

  • Overtime Distribution The Employer and the Union will discuss Departmental or agency specific overtime distribution policies at the Departmental or agency level. The Employer agrees to follow its existing overtime distribution policies until changed as a result of Employer/Union negotiation.

  • Overtime Premium a) Time and one-half (1/2) shall be paid as follows: 1) For all hours worked over 8 (eight) hours per day. 2) For all hours worked over 40 (forty) hours per week. 3) For all hours worked on Sunday, unless part of the employees regularly scheduled workweek. b) Double time plus holiday pay shall be paid for all hours worked on holidays that are defined in this Agreement.
