Overtime and Call-In Times. A. Excused absences, holidays or vacation times shall be considered as work time of eight (8) hours per day for purpose of computing overtime.

Overtime and Call-In Times. A. Overtime shall consist of hours worked in excess of eight (8) consecutive hours on one shift [including lunch] or forty (40) hours [including lunch] in one week.

  • Overtime and Calls 8.1 Except as otherwise provided, time in excess of eight hours' service (exclusive of meal period) shall be considered overtime and shall be paid on the actual minute basis at the rate of time and one-half time.

Such time shall not be cumulative and shall be in addition to break time established above.

  • OVERTIME AND HOLIDAYS 5.1 An Employer may require employees to perform work in excess of their regularly assigned hours. All time worked by an employee before and after his regular shift on Monday to Friday inclusive, except as provided in Article 4 and all hours worked on Saturday and Sunday shall be paid for at the rate of double time.
