Overtime (OT) Pay. A. OT to meet Business Requirements — All unscheduled overtime for the first hour immediately following the shift shall be compensated at one and one-half (1½X) the applicable rate of pay. Overtime may be scheduled for up to two-hours immediately following the end of the scheduled shift and shall be compensated at one and one-half times (1½X) the applicable rate of pay. This provision shall be limited to one (1) time per week for each individual bargaining unit employee unless increased by mutual agreement of the Parties.

Overtime (OT) Pay. Except as provided for elsewhere in this agreement, OT is that time worked in excess of the daily period of eight (8) hours and/or in excess of the normal workweek of forty (40) hours, and shall be compensated at double (2X) the applicable rate of pay. OT shall be computed to the nearest quarter (1/4) hour.

  • Overtime If, upon Carrier's request, the Handling Company agrees to provide additional personnel in order to handle a flight outside of the scheduled arrival and departure times or for any other reason, the Handling Company not will charge Carrier more than the Handling Company's actual cost of providing such additional personnel.

  • Sick Pay 14.1 Provided that you have complied with the Company’s notification and certification procedures and general terms relating to sickness absence referred to in clause 13 above and that you have completed three months of continuous service prior to the start of the period of sickness, you will be entitled to be paid your normal basic pay for periods of sickness absence up to a maximum of 10 working days in aggregate in any calendar year. Any payments made thereafter will be at the sole discretion of the Company.   • Vacation Pay In consideration of all payments made by the Company to the Executive pursuant to this Agreement, the Executive hereby waives any claim he may have for accrued and unpaid vacation pay as of the Termination Date.

  • Base Pay You shall be paid an annual salary (“Base Pay”) of $287,000, which shall be payable in equal periodic installments according to the Corporation's customary payroll practices, but no less frequently than monthly, and subject to such withholdings and deductions as required by law. Your Base Pay shall be reviewed in April of each year by the Board of Directors, and any change in Base Pay approved by the Board shall become effective April 1 of the year in which it is approved.

  • Compensation Other Than Severance Payments 5.1 Following a Change in Control and during the Term, during any period that the Executive fails to perform the Executive's full-time duties with the Company as a result of incapacity due to physical or mental illness, the Company shall pay the Executive's full salary to the Executive at the rate in effect at the commencement of any such period, together with all compensation and benefits payable to the Executive under the terms of any compensation or benefit plan, program or arrangement maintained by the Company during such period (other than any disability plan), until the Executive's employment is terminated by the Company for Disability.

  • Incentive Payments (i) Amount in the Event of a Termination Pursuant to Sections 7(a) or 7(c).
