Overtime (OT) Pay. A. OT to meet Business Requirements — All unscheduled overtime for the first hour immediately following the shift shall be compensated at one and one-half (1½X) the applicable rate of pay. Overtime may be scheduled for up to two-hours immediately following the end of the scheduled shift and shall be compensated at one and one-half times (1½X) the applicable rate of pay. This provision shall be limited to one (1) time per week for each individual bargaining unit employee unless increased by mutual agreement of the Parties.

Overtime (OT) Pay. Except as provided for elsewhere in this agreement, OT is that time worked in excess of the daily period of eight (8) hours and/or in excess of the normal workweek of forty (40) hours, and shall be compensated at double (2X) the applicable rate of pay. OT shall be computed to the nearest quarter (1/4) hour. A. Short Notice OT to meet Customer requirements - Upon providing an employee notice prior to the completion of an employee’s regularly scheduled shift, all OT for the 9th and 10th hour shall be compensated at one and one-half times (1½X) the applicable rate of pay. This provision shall be limited to one (1) time per week for each individual bargaining unit employee unless increased by mutual agreement between the Union and Management. B. Travel Pay for work performed outside the employee’s scheduled shift - One and one-half times (1½X) the straight time hourly rate shall be paid for travel by air, sea, or standby time related to such travel performed outside the employee’s regular scheduled shift C. Scheduled Sixth (6th) day OT - Except as provided in Article IV, 4.4 and 4.5, all work scheduled for regular employees on the sixth day during the hours of the employees’ regularly scheduled shift shall be paid for at one and one-half times (1½X) the applicable rate of pay when employees have been notified no later than sixty-four (64) hours prior to the start of the sixth day to be worked. By mutual consent of the Company representative and the Shop Xxxxxxx, notification may be extended until the close of shift the day before the sixth day to be worked. All OT not notified as above or over eight (8) hours shall be paid at two (2) times the applicable rate of pay.

  • Overtime Pay ‌ Overtime pay shall be paid to the employee on the next paycheque after the expiration of the pay period in which the overtime was earned except as provided in Article 16.6 (Compensating Time Off) below.

When lower overall cost to System Agency will result.

  • Overtime Distribution The Employer and the Union will discuss Departmental or agency specific overtime distribution policies at the Departmental or agency level. The Employer agrees to follow its existing overtime distribution policies until changed as a result of Employer/Union negotiation.

  • Overtime Payment Full-time employees shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half times the employee's straight time hourly rate for all time worked outside of their normal work hours and/or work days up to sixteen (16) hours in a twenty-four (24) hour period. For hours worked in excess of sixteen (16) in a twenty-four (24) hour period, employees shall be paid double time. Employees who receive an unpaid lunch period and are not required to work at their work assignments during such period shall not have such time treated as hours worked for the purpose of computing overtime.

  • Overtime and Premium Pay A nurse shall be paid at the rate of one and one- half (1½) times the nurse’s regular hourly rate of pay for all hours worked in any one category listed below, including statutory overtime pay under 9.4.1 or premium pay under 9.4.2 through

  • Banked Overtime In the event the day in lieu of working the statutory holiday is not provided as stipulated in 8.01.04, this portion may also be banked.

  • Overtime Meals When employees are required to work more than two (2) hours beyond their regular work days, the Employer will provide hot meals at no cost to the employees, up to a maximum of sixteen dollars ($16.00) (receipts to be submitted) plus paid meal periods of one-half (1/2) hour at the prevailing rate and thereafter at four (4) hour intervals. Any early morning start before regular starting time is entitled to a paid meal. The breakfast limit is thirteen dollars ($13.00) (receipts to be submitted). Employees called out on overtime shall be paid for meals as above, after four (4) hours work.
