Work Performed on a Holiday. The minimum hourly rate for work performed on a Statutory or Proclaimed Holiday shall be two and one half (2 ½) times the Employee’s basic hourly rate for the first eight hours for all departments with the exception of the Set Construction Department and Scenic Paint Department. The minimum hourly rate for work performed on a Statutory or Proclaimed Holiday by the Set Construction Department and the Scenic Paint Department shall be two and one half ( 2 ½) times the basic hourly rate for the first ten hours.
Work Performed on a Holiday. Should an employee actually work on a holiday as a result of operational needs, the employee shall be entitled to “Holiday Worked” pay equivalent to one and one-half (1 ½) times the regular hourly rate of pay for actual time worked on that day. Such time will be paid in addition to the eight (8) hours of straight Holiday pay.
Work Performed on a Holiday. Full-time employees required to work on a holiday shall be paid for the hours worked at the rate of double time in addition to the allowance for the holiday.
Work Performed on a Holiday. Any regular full-time employee, other than Communication and Records Officers, who is required to work on any of the holidays specified in Section IV, B: 1. above shall, in addition to receiving regular pay for such holiday, be paid one and one-half (1-1/2) times the employee's regular straight-time rate of pay for all hours actually worked on such holiday. A Communications and Records Officer shall receive similar compensation only if the employee is called to work on a holiday otherwise scheduled as an off-duty day, as described in Section III, B, 6.
Work Performed on a Holiday. When a bargaining unit member is required to work on any holiday specified in this Article, they shall be paid for the holiday at their basic hourly rate of pay plus one and one-half (1½) times their basic hourly rate of pay or be given compensatory time off at a rate equal to one and one-half (1½) times the actual hours worked on the holiday. The method of payment/compensation shall be determined by mutual agreement between the bargaining unit member and supervisor.
Work Performed on a Holiday. Any regular full-time employee who is required to work an any of the holidays specified in Subsection 14.2, shall receive regular pay for holidays plus one and one-half (1 ½ ) times regular pay for hours worked on a holiday.
Work Performed on a Holiday. When an employee works on a holiday, the employee will receive the employee’s holiday pay plus time and one half (1½) pay for the hours worked. Scheduling of employees for work on holidays shall be done strictly based upon seniority, bid routes shall be respected. When an employee is called to work on any of the above holidays, except the floating holidays, the employee shall receive two (2) hours straight time pay as call pay, in addition to the above provided compensation. In order to qualify for such pay, such employee must have actually reported for work and must have been able and available for work when called. Holidays shall be considered as time worked in computing overtime.
Work Performed on a Holiday. Work performed on holidays will be assigned to employees as equally as practical. The Protective Services Chief will maintain in the office a holiday premium-pay chart which, upon request, may be observed by authorized Union representatives. A tentative work schedule for the Christmas holidays will be posted ten (10) days prior to the start of the Christmas holidays.
Work Performed on a Holiday. Any regular full-time employee who is required to work on any of the holidays specified in Section 13.1 shall be paid as follows: If an employee works on a holiday that falls on a regularly scheduled work day, such employee shall receive eight (8) hours of holiday pay, plus one and one-half (1.5) times the employee’s regular straight time pay rate for all hours actually worked on the holiday, and one (1.0) times compensatory time off for all hours actually worked on the holiday, for a total of two and one-half (2.5) times all hours actually worked on the holiday. For example, if an employee works three (3) hours on a holiday that falls on a regularly scheduled work day, the employee will receive eight (8) hours of holiday pay, plus three (3) hours of time and one-half pay, plus three (3) hours of straight time compensatory time. If an employee works on a holiday that falls on a regular day off, such employee shall receive eight (8) hours of holiday credit, plus one and one-half (1.5) times the employee’s regular straight time pay rate for all hours actually worked on the holiday, and one (1.0) times compensatory time off for all hours actually worked on the holiday, for a total of two and one- half (2.5) times all hours actually worked on the holiday. For example, if an employee works three (3) hours on a holiday that falls on a regular day off, the employee will receive eight
Work Performed on a Holiday. Employees who work on any paid holiday in Section A. shall receive pay or compensation time at one and one-Half (1 ½ ) times their regular straight time hourly rate of pay for all such hours worked in addition to the holiday pay.
