PART-TIME HELP. 18.01 It is agreed and recognized by both the Union and the Employer that due to the nature of the Employer's business it may be necessary to employ both full-time and part-time employees. The Employer agrees that part-time employees will not be scheduled to work in excess of thirty-two (32) hours per week, except as specified in Appendix "A", Article 2.09.
PART-TIME HELP. 14.01 It is agreed and recognized by both the Union and the Company that the business of the Company is subject to fluctuations according to the day of the week or month, and time of day, resulting in business peaks. For this reason, it is necessary to employ both regular employees (referred to as full-time employees) and part-time employees.
PART-TIME HELP. The Company and the Union agree that during the term of this agreement due to operational requirements and the logistics of the work environment the Company will have the right to draw from a pool of a maximum of five (5) Replacement Drivers for contract work only. Replacement Drivers will not be subject to the provisions of this agreement until such time as he/she is awarded dedicated contractual obligations. Furthermore, it is understood Replacement Drivers shall not accumulate any seniority until they are required to perform dedicated work on their own behalf. The Company and the Union shall review upon request the use of Replacement Drivers for the purposes of job postings and filling of any dedicated jobs.
PART-TIME HELP. 23.1 Part-time help shall be defined as persons who are employed by the Company to supplement the normal work force.
PART-TIME HELP. 20.1 The Company agrees that where it is necessary to use part-time help the following conditions shall apply:

PART-TIME HELP. 1. The District may employ a number of part-time bus drivers up to, but not to exceed, fourteen percent (14%) of the full-time bus drivers employed. Pursuant to the terms of the Side Agreement between the District and the Union dated April 28, 1989, the District may employ six (6) additional regular, part-time operators. This agreement is contingent on the District’s continued operation of ferry feeder service with District equipment and operators. In determining the actual number of part-time bus drivers that may be employed fractions smaller than 1/2 shall be rounded down and fractions 1/2 or larger shall be rounded up.
