Part-Time Plan a) An application to enter into an agreement of part time work may be submitted to the Director of Education by March 1st. b) Approval of a part time arrangement shall rest solely with the Board. c) If approval is given, all necessary conditions required by the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board shall be met in order to protect the status of the Teachers’ positions with the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. d) Teachers involved in a part time arrangement shall be paid according to the salary scale and method of payment provision on a pro-rated basis. e) Teachers involved in a part time arrangement shall be entitled to benefits on a pro-rated basis.
Part-Time Plan. The Company agrees to provide a drug plan for part time employees with five (5) years of service or more, who are otherwise not covered, and who work hours or more in the prior calendar year, with a annual deductible.
Part-Time Plan. The Company agrees to provide an Optical Plan for part-time employees with four (4) years of continuous service who work six hundred (600) hours per calendar year, on the basis of a ten ($10.00) dollar deductible and with an eighty (80%) percent co-insurance feature. The plan shall provide a benefit for employees only, of up to one hundred and ($125.00) dollars, over two (2) consecutive years, for frames, lenses and fittings of prescription glasses recommended as necessary by a physician or optometrist.

  • Part-time Scheduling Subject to Section B of this Article, the Employer and the Association endorse the principle that less than full time equivalent ("FTE") positions shall, within reason, be expected to work a biweekly work period that equates to an eighty (80) hour work period multiplied by the position's FTE. (e.g., 80 hours @ .75 = 60 hours). It is further understood by both parties that ASF Members assigned to less than a FTE position may be required, during the peak work periods, to exceed their normal biweekly work period. FLSA non-exempt ASF Members who work a part-time schedule will earn overtime for hours worked in excess of forty (40) in a work week. The Employer agrees to review any ASF position that is less than one (1) FTE if the Association can demonstrate that the position has regularly been required to work a work period that substantially exceeds the normal work period as defined above, and adjust the FTE of the respective position as deemed appropriate by the Employer.

  • Permanent Part-Time Employees (1) Pay and benefits will be computed on a prorated monthly or pay period basis, such as one-half (½) monthly or pay period pay for a half-time employee, or pay will be computed on an hourly basis, and pay and benefits will be normally prorated on a pay period, pay status basis. Permanent part-time employees in permanent full-time positions will be treated as permanent part-time for purposes of this Article. (2) Employees paid on a fixed partial monthly basis shall have all extra hours worked over the regular part-time schedule paid at the hourly rate. Employees paid on a fixed partial monthly basis who work less than the regular part-time schedule shall have time deducted at the hourly rate.

  • Part-Time Employee Part-time employee" means an employee who is normally scheduled to work fewer than 80 hours in a biweekly payroll period.

  • Part-Time Only A rest period of fifteen (15) minutes will be granted during each half tour provided the duration of each half tour is not less than three (3) hours.
