Part-Timers. The least senior part-time employee within an affected classification who is being laid off from work in his store, may displace the least senior part-time employee in the same classification within a store in the same manner as set forth in Paragraph (b), above. If the affected part-time employee is the least senior within the stores, he shall be laid off and shall have no bumping rights.

Part-Timers. Each part-time employee shall be scheduled to work, at least, twenty-four (24) straight-time hours per week unless the employee has waived this requirement by signing a written waiver. Waivers may be revoked by the employee on two (2) weeks written notice. In the event an employee signs a waiver under this provision, the Union shall be provided with a copy within one (1) week of the waiver becoming effective.
