Partnership Charter. The Building Control Partnership has been formed by Fareham Borough Council, Gosport Borough Council and Portsmouth City Council with the aim of providing customers with services that are efficient, friendly and represent good value for money. We operate under a quality management system registered under ISO9001 and externally audited by the BSI. We will continue to ask our customers what level of service they want from us. This Charter contains details of our services and the standards we will guarantee to customers. Our Staff When customers talk to us, they will find our staff friendly, courteous, and at all times ready to offer common sense, down-to-earth practical advice when dealing with building projects. We are highly qualified, impartial, and publicly accountable so customers can rely on the information we give them. We also enjoy a close liaison with all other Local service providers, so if we can’t help, we often know someone who can. The Services we provide The main services include:  Building Regulations: - Plan examination and Site Inspection  Dangerous Structures  Demolitions  Road Naming and Postal Numbering*  Access Officer for the Disabled* *not in Portsmouth The Building Control Partnership is committed to achieving the following levels of service which greatly exceed those normally expected or required by legislation. CUSTOMER CARE  All letters of enquiry will be answered within 5 working days of receipt.  Staff will always wear name badges when in the office.  A professional Surveyor will always be available during the working day, either in person or over the telephone, to provide general information and advice.  We will respond to any complaints within 10 working days.  All our letters and documents will be in plain language.  All telephone calls received within Building Control during BCP office hours (08.45-17.15) will be answered promptly, normally within 6 rings.  We will always be pleased to arrange timed appointments at your convenience. BUILDING REGULATION SERVICES  All Full Plans applications will be examined within 15 working days. Every application will be acknowledged within 5 working days and the Surveyor dealing with your application identified.  All Building Notice applications will be acknowledged together with, if necessary, a request for additional information within 15 working days.  Pre-submission consultancy will always be available.  Site inspection visits requested up to 10.30 a.m. will be carried...

Partnership Charter. Church of England Schools and academies in the Diocese of Coventry can expect the DBE to:  Act with integrity and in accordance with Christian beliefs and values  Work in partnership with individuals, schools/academies and parishes  Have a pastoral concern for staff, governors, pupils and all members of the diocesan school family  Find ways to develop the collective identity of the family of church schools  Provide professional support and services under the terms of the DBE Service Agreement  Anticipate needs and provide relevant information  Respond promptly and courteously to requests for assistance  Act with discretion and safeguard confidentiality  Give schools and academies adequate notice of courses, meetings, visits etc.  Continually monitor and evaluate the quality of our suppliers and partners  Respond promptly and courteously to any complaints about the quality of service provided Schools and academies are requested to:  Keep the DBE informed of their current situation and of developments  Be available for meetings, conferences, courses and briefings or visits when given adequate notice  Give adequate notice when requesting visits, meetings, making CPD course bookings, etc.  Email copies of their governing body minutes to XxxxxxxxXXX@xxxxxxx.xxx  Pay invoices promptly within specified times  Provide qualitative feedback on the usefulness of the services received and constructive suggestions for improvement Accountability DBE Officers, Consultants and Members of the Board of Education strive to act according to the highest professional standards. They are accountable to the DDE for the quantity and quality of work carried out under the terms of the DBE Service Agreement. The DDE is accountable to the Chair of the Board of Education and to the Xxxxxx of Coventry for the support and service provided to the family of church schools. Systematic quantitative and qualitative evaluations of the service provided to all schools and clergy are also a feature of the Service Agreement and inform on-going self-evaluation of the quality of our provision. Complaints procedure – specific complaints about any matter relating to the Service Agreement should be addressed in writing to the DDE.   • Operating Agreement You haves received and read a copy of the Company’s Operating Agreement (the “Operating Agreement”) and agree that your execution of this Agreement constitutes your consent to and execution of the Operating Agreement, and, that upon acceptance of this Agreement by the Company, you will become a member of the Company as a holder of Shares. When this Agreement is countersigned by the Company, the Operating Agreement shall be binding upon you as of the closing date.

  • Partnership Agreement Units issued upon payment of the Phantom Units shall be subject to the terms of the Plan and the Partnership Agreement. Upon the issuance of Units to the Participant, the Participant shall, automatically and without further action on his or her part, (i) be admitted to the Partnership as a Limited Partner (as defined in the Partnership Agreement) with respect to the Units, and (ii) become bound, and be deemed to have agreed to be bound, by the terms of the Partnership Agreement.

  • Project Organization Chart As part of the Mini-Bid, the Authorized User may require the Contractor to develop and submit a proposed project organization chart. The project organization chart should identify all the proposed key personnel of each team component and how the team will be managed. If required, the project organization chart must include both Contractor and State staff roles as identified in the Mini-Bid.

  • Partnership Working 7.1 Partnerships will be supported by local authorities on four levels between:

  • Membership Agreement Membership in USA Gymnastics is a privilege and may be (i) denied, withheld, or non-renewed at any time by USA Gymnastics and/or (ii) suspended or terminated in accordance with USA Gymnastics’ bylaws, policies and standards. You have read, understand and agree to be bound by this Agreement, the USA Gymnastics bylaws, Safe Sport Policy, SafeSport Investigation & Resolution Procedures, and Code of Ethical Conduct. You are bound by all safe sport rules, policies and procedures whether published by USA Gymnastics or the U.S. Center for Safe Sport (“Center”), as well as all applicable state, federal, and local laws, including applicable criminal laws. You consent to the jurisdiction of the Center. Any discipline imposed by the Center or USA Gymnastics extends to your participation in all aspects of the Olympic Movement. You agree that any disciplinary measure, whether interim or final, whether imposed before or after the date of this Agreement, whether expired or in effect, may be posted on our website or otherwise publicly published and may include information identifying you and describing the misconduct alleged. You authorize USA Gymnastics and its members to disclose, in good faith, any information or honestly held opinions about you, including without limitation any membership records, USA Gymnastics SafeSport or Center information, or other disciplinary information, with any current or potential employer of yours. You further agree that USA Gymnastics may disclose any information provided by, or about, you as USA Gymnastics determines is reasonably necessary to comply with any law, regulation, legal process, or any request by any governmental body or agency, the Center, or the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (“USOPC”). TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, YOU FOREVER RELEASE AND DISCHARGE USA GYMNASTICS AND/OR ITS MEMBERS FROM ANY AND ALL LOSS, LIABILITY, DAMAGE OR CLAIM OF ANY KIND OR NATURE, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, WHETHER IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, WHETHER NOW EXISTING OR ACCRUING IN THE FUTURE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY INFORMATION OR OPINIONS DISCLOSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS SECTION.

  • Partnership The Partnership shall be given days’ notice to purchase the ownership interest under the same terms agreed upon by the potential buyer.

  • General Partner (a) The business, property and affairs of the Partnership shall be managed under the sole, absolute and exclusive direction of the General Partner, which may from time to time delegate authority to officers or to others to act on behalf of the Partnership.

  • Articles of Incorporation The articles of incorporation of the Company in effect at the Effective Time shall be the articles of incorporation of the Surviving Corporation until amended in accordance with Applicable Law.
