Passwords; Security. Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all passwords and for ensuring that each password is used only by the authorized user. Client is entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under Client's account. Client agrees to immediately notify MRI of any unauthorized use of Client's account or any other breach of security known to Client. MRI shall have no liability for any loss or damage arising from Client's failure to comply with these requirements. MRI will maintain Client passwords as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties.
Passwords; Security. Registration by You as an authorized user for access to certain areas of the Service may require both a user name and a password (“Authorized User Credentials”). You may also have to provide certain registration information, all of which must be accurate and updated. You are not allowed to share or give Your Authorized User Credentials to anyone else. You acknowledge and agree that You shall have no ownership or other property interest in Your account and/or user name, and You further acknowledge and agree that all rights in and to Your user name and account are and shall forever be owned by and inure to the benefit of Unplugged The Book. Failure to comply with the foregoing shall constitute a breach of these Terms of Use, which may result in immediate suspension or termination of Your Authorized User Credentials. Unplugged The Book WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE OBLIGATIONS. Unplugged The Book reserves the right to delete or change Authorized User Credentials (with or without notice) at any time and for any reason.

VFA shall have no liability for any loss or damage arising from Client's failure to comply with these requirements. VFA will maintain Client passwords as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties.
Passwords; Security. 4.1 incadea will either issue to Customer or Customer will create and issue to each User, an identity and associated password for access to and use of the incadea Software. Customer and its Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all Identities and/or passwords and for ensuring that each Identity and/or password is used only by the User to which it was issued. Customer will restrict its Users from sharing passwords. Customer agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to notify incadea of any unauthorized use of Customer’s account, any Identity and/or password, or any other breach of security known to Customer, affecting access and use of the incadea Software.
4.2 incadea will deploy reasonable security precautions commensurate with reasonable industry standards intended to protect against unauthorized access to any Customer Data stored on the incadea Software. incadea shall implement such security measures to secure the incadea Software, including, but without limitation, firewalls and, if applicable, encryption of all personally identifiable data, and shall take all other commercially reasonably necessary measures to prevent unauthorized access, use, reproduction or disclosure of all data (including Customer Data). In addition, incadea shall maintain back-up procedures and facilities covering equipment, operating systems, telecommunications services which will facilitate continued operation of the incadea Software, including without limitation daily updated back-up copies of all current content and data on the incadea Software.
4.3 Neither Customer nor any User may circumvent or otherwise interfere with any user authentication or security of the incadea Software. Customer shall notify incadea of any breach, or attempted breach, of security known to Customer, affecting the incadea Software.
4.4 Customer acknowledges that, notwithstanding the security precautions deployed by incadea, the use of, or connection to, the Internet provides the opportunity for unauthorized third parties to circumvent such precautions and illegally gain access to the incadea Software and Customer Data. Subject to incadea performing its security obligations in Section 4.2 herein, incadea cannot and does not guarantee the privacy, security, integrity or authenticity of any information transmitted over or stored in any system connected to or accessible via the Internet or otherwise or that any such security precautions will be adequate or sufficient.

Customer agrees to immediately notify Glassbeam of any unauthorized use of Customer's account (including each password of each Named User accessing the Services by means of Customer's account) or any other breach of security known to Customer. Glassbeam shall have no liability for any loss or damage arising from Customer's failure to comply with these requirements.

Passwords; Security. AlphaSense shall issue, or shall authorize a Customer administrator to issue, a password to Customer for each Authorized User of the Services. Such password will be unique to a specific Authorized User. Customer and its Authorized Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all passwords and for ensuring that each password is used only by the Authorized User. Customer is entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under any Authorized User account within its reasonable control and all charges incurred from use of the Services accessed with Customer’s passwords. Customer agrees to promptly notify AlphaSense of any unauthorized use of Customer's account (including, without limitation, each password of each Authorized User accessing the Services by means of Customer's account) or any other breach of security known to Customer. AlphaSense shall have no liability for any loss or damage arising from Customer's failure to comply with these requirements. Customer shall have the right to replace Authorized Users, provided that Customer notifies AlphaSense promptly of any such replacement. AlphaSense or an authorized Customer representative will deactivate any password associated with a replaced Authorized User and issue a new password to the new Authorized User in accordance with this Section.

You agree not to give or make available your password for any Credit Union electronic service to any unauthorized individuals.
