PAYMENT FOR AUTHORISED LEAVE. An employee whilst on authorised leave as defined in clause 18A - Redundancy/ Training (Clause 18A(a) i - xiii inclusive), shall be entitled to payment of the all purpose allowance and all other benefits (eg. superannuation) in accordance with the provisions of the appropriate work Division applying to the employee at the time of accessing the leave. An employee on authorised unpaid leave shall not be entitled to any all purpose allowance or other benefits with the exception of that defined in clause 18A – Redundancy / Training.

  • Payment for Working Overtime on a Holiday Where an employee is required to work authorized overtime in excess of his regularly scheduled hours on a paid holiday, such employee shall receive twice (2x) his regular straight time hourly rate for such authorized overtime.
