Payment for Unused Personal Leave i. Employees shall be compensated at a rate of fifty dollars ($50) per day for unused personal leave up to a maximum of three (3) days per year. Automatic payment will be made for the number days. Payment for said leave to be included in the employee's last paycheck for the contract year.

  • Unused Personal Leave Since a number for the available personal leave days has been established, a basic discussion will need to be had regarding unused personal leave days. Naturally, these differ from vacation days since the Employer will not always be required to pay the Employee when personal leave is taken.
