Payment of Statutory Holidays. (a) Holiday pay for full-time regular employees will be computed on the basis of the number of hours the employee would have worked had there been no holiday, at his/her regular rate of pay.

Payment of Statutory Holidays. As a result of 1977 negotiations between Xxxxxx Forest Products Limited, and Houston Forest Products Co. and the IWA Local 1-424, an Agreement has been reached which will change the present method of payment to employees as follows:
Payment of Statutory Holidays. (a) Employees who are eligible for Statutory Holiday pay will receive a normal day's pay for the Statutory Holiday, whether or not they were scheduled for work on the Statutory Holiday. For purposes of this article, a normal day's pay shall be understood to mean an employee's normal hourly earnings, exclusive of overtime, for the hours he/she has worked in the two (2) week period immediately proceeding the week in which the statutory holiday occurs, divided by ten (10) to establish the hours to be paid for the statutory holiday. The designated Statutory Holidays shall be: New Years Day Labour Day Good Friday Thanksgiving Day Easter Monday Remembrance Day Victoria Day Christmas Day Canada Day B.C. Day
