Accumulation of Personal Leave Unused personal leave accumulates from year to year to a maximum of 729.6 hours (or 768 hours if the employee normally works eight or more hours per day).
Personal Leave Accrual All employees shall accrue personal leave at the rate of one and twenty-three hundredths (1.23) hours for each eighty (80) hours in active pay status, excluding overtime hours, not to exceed a total of thirty-two (32) hours accrued in one year.
Use of Personal Leave An employee may use personal leave credits to conduct personal business that cannot be conducted outside of normal working hours and for personal emergencies.
Personal Leave With Pay With prior notification, full-time employees who are eligible to accrue sick leave may use a maximum of six (6) days personal leave with pay per year, provided that such days shall be charged against the employee’s current accrued sick leave. This leave is non-cumulative.
Personal Leave of Absence The Administrator may grant a request for leave of absence for personal reasons without pay provided that he receives at least one (1) month's clear notice, in writing, unless impossible, and provided that such leave may be arranged without undue inconvenience to the normal operations of the Nursing Home. Employees when applying for such leave shall indicate the proposed date of departure and return. Such leave shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Personal Leave Day A. An employee may choose one (1) workday as a personal leave day each fiscal year during the life of this Agreement if the employee has been continuously employed for more than four (4) months.
Sick/Personal Leave Leave granted to the teacher for sick, personal or bereavement reasons.
Personal Leave Without Pay Leave of absence without pay may be granted by the College for legitimate personal reasons.
Application for Personal Leave 21.24 Reasonable and legitimate requests for personal leave will be approved subject to available credits. Subject to clause 21.8 the employer may grant personal leave in the following circumstances:
