PEG Set Aside; Interconnection. 5.1.1 In order to ensure universal availability of Public, Educational, and Government Access programming, the Franchisee shall provide, on the Basic Service Tier: one (1) dedicated Public Access Channel, two (2) dedicated Government Access Channels, (the “Initial Channels”), one (1) reserved dedicated Educational Access Channel and one (1) reserved dedicated Access Channel to be designated by the City as a Public, Educational, or Governmental Access Channel (“the Reserve Channels” and, together with the Initial Channels, the “PEG Channels”) consistent with the terms of this Article 5.

PEG Set Aside; Interconnection. 5.1.1 In order to ensure universal availability of Public, Educational, and Government Access programming, the Franchisee shall provide use of capacity on its Basic Service Tier consisting of one (1) dedicated Public, Educational and Government Access Channel (“Initial PEG Access Channel”). The Township shall have the right to reserve from Franchisee, one (1) additional channel (“Additional PEG Access Channel”) that the Township may use for public, educational or governmental purposes. The parties agree that Franchisee shall retain the right to utilize all such Additional Access Channel capacity, in its sole discretion, during the term of this Agreement until such time that the Township begins using the Additional PEG Access Channel pursuant to Section 5.1.2 and/or if the Township ceases to use the Access Channels during the term of this Agreement.

  • Initiating Interconnection 4.1 If ENT determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Network Interconnection 26.1 Interconnection between the networks of different SERVICE PROVIDERs shall be as per National Standards of CCS No.7 issued from time to time by Telecom Engineering Centre (TEC) and also subject to technical feasibility and technical integrity of the Networks and shall be within the overall framework of interconnection regulations issued by the TRAI from time to time.   • COSTS DISTRIBUTED THROUGH COUNTYWIDE COST ALLOCATIONS The indirect overhead and support service costs listed in the Summary Schedule (attached) are formally approved as actual costs for fiscal year 2020-21, and as estimated costs for fiscal year 2022-23 on a “fixed with carry-forward” basis. These costs may be included as part of the county departments’ costs indicated effective July 1, 2022, for further allocation to federal grants and contracts performed by the respective county departments.

  • SS7 Network Interconnection 9.7.1 SS7 Network Interconnection is the interconnection of Global Connection local signaling transfer point switches or Global Connection local or tandem switching systems with BellSouth signaling transfer point switches. This interconnection provides connectivity that enables the exchange of SS7 messages among BellSouth switching systems and databases, Global Connection local or tandem switching systems, and other third-party switching systems directly connected to the XxxxXxxxx XX0 network.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CBB chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CBB’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CBB to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG.

  • Two-Way Interconnection Trunks 2.4.1 Where the Parties have agreed to use Two-Way Interconnection Trunks for the exchange of traffic between Verizon and VarTec, VarTec shall order from Verizon, and Verizon shall provide, the Two-Way Interconnection Trunks and the Entrance Facility, on which such Trunks will ride, and transport and multiplexing, in accordance with the rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and Verizon’s applicable Tariffs.

  • Points of Interconnection As and to the extent required by Section 251 of the Act, the Parties shall provide Interconnection of their networks at any technically feasible point as described in Section 4.3. To the extent the originating Party’s POI is not located at the terminating Party’s relevant IP, the originating Party is responsible for transporting its traffic from it’s POI to the terminating Party’s relevant IP.
