Per Diem Meal Allowance. Less than 24 hours' notice of overtime and three hours or more of overtime, a meal allowance of $10.00 will be provided.
Per Diem Meal Allowance. While assigned to a training location away from the City, employees shall receive per diem payments equal to the Peace Officer Standards Training (POST) reimbursement rates.
Per Diem Meal Allowance. A. Except as provided in (B) or (C) below per diem payments shall be made when Artist is working for Employer beyond a Fifty Five (55) miles radius beyond the Artist’s domicile in an amount of no less than One Hundred and Ninety Dollars ($190.00) per day. On August 1 of each year, this amount shall increase to the U.S. General Services Administration per diem rate for Pittsburgh.
B. When the Employer provides (or is prepared to provide) suitable lodging, the Employer may satisfy the per diem requirement by the payment of a daily meal allowance in an amount no less than Seventy-One Dollars ($71.00) per

Per Diem Meal Allowance. When an Employee works for a period of time from a Temporary is required to reside away from their normal residence, the Company shall pay for accommodations. Single accommodations will be provided if available at the Temporary In addition, the Employee shall be paid a Per Diem Meal Allowance on either a daily or weekly basis as per the table below. A weekly rate shall only apply when Employee works four (4) ten (10) hour days (Monday through Thursday, or Tuesday through Friday) from a Temporary resides away from their normal residence for three (3) consecutive nights. A daily rate will only in those instances where an Employee is required to reside away from their normal residence for less three consecutive nights, When an Employee receives the weekly rate and is required to reside away from their normal residence for an additional night between the end commencement of the workweek, the Employee will be the daily rate for each additional night they reside away from home. In the case where an Employee is billeted for a part day, the Employee shall be paid for the incidentals portion of the Per Diem Meal Allowance and in accordance with the rates below, for meals specific to the part day. When opting for accommodations and per diem meal allowances as per above, Employees shall travel on their own time up to fifteen (15) minutes at the beginning and end of their workday Temporary and accommodations. Any additional travel time shall be part of their normal workday. All Employees are responsible for providing their own noon or mid-shift meal. However, Employees whose duties require intermittent travel which may make it impractical on any given day to return to normal headquarters or their normal residence for noon or mid-shift meal on that day, shall be paid the lunch portion only of the Per Diem Meal Allowance when substantiated by receipt and approved by the Supervisor. Employees shall not be entitled to be reimbursed for meals for which they are eligible to receive the Per Diem Meal Allowance.
