Performance Goals and Evaluation. (A) Board Policy 2.14, dated revised June 11, 2012, is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference as Schedule B, and shall govern the process for the Board’s formal and informal evaluation of the Superintendent; however, notwithstanding the foregoing, during the first Agreement year (July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019), the Board and Superintendent agree to discuss, and the Board will determine the timing and method of one (1) evaluation in lieu of Board Policy 2.14. Any subsequent amendment to Board Policy 2.14 shall automatically amend this Agreement and be incorporated herein by this reference.

Performance Goals and Evaluation. In each year of this Agreement, the parties shall jointly establish objective performance goals for the Superintendent. A meeting for this purpose shall take place in September of each year of the Agreement. The Board shall meet with the Superintendent in July and August of each year to review District needs and subsequent to that meeting shall announce its goals for the year. The Superintendent shall be evaluated by the Board annually prior to June 30. The evaluation shall be in writing utilizing a form mutually agreed upon by the Board and the Superintendent. The Board shall hold an executive session for the purpose of discussing this performance evaluation with the Superintendent.

Performance Goals and Evaluation. Performance goals and objectives will be set for all Union represented employees based on procedures developed and administered by the Human Resources Manager. Goals and objectives shall be developed cooperatively between managers and those whom they report. Those doing the evaluation shall have the ultimate authority to set goals and objectives. Employees shall be rated annually based on their attainment of predetermined performance goals in the manner set forth in this section and Section 2.B. of this Agreement. The Human Resources Manager shall provide a report of the results of the evaluations process and compliance with these requirements and provide a copy of all of the performance evaluations to the Executive Director. The Human Resources Manager and ultimately the Executive Director will review the performance evaluations to ensure that reasonable goals were established within the time frames provided under the procedure and that the resulting ratings are in conformance with the goals. Each year, eligible persons will receive a lump sum incentive payment based on the rating achieved. Such payment shall be deemed compensation for the purposes of retirement.

  • Performance Goals A. The Trust and State Street have developed mutually acceptable performance goals dated March 1, 2011 , and as may be amended from time to time, regarding the manner in which they expect to deliver and receive the services under this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Service Level Agreement”). The parties agree that such Service Level Agreement reflects performance goals and any failure to perform in accordance with the provisions thereof shall not be considered a breach of contract that gives rise to contractual or other remedies.
