2. The Board shall provide each employee with one (1) pair of safety shoes each school year. In the event an employee cannot wear the shoes provided by the Board of Education, the employee may pay the difference toward the purchase of safety shoes of his/her choice. If employee purchases safety shoes at an outside vendor, the employee is required to provide a receipt indicating the shoes purchased were safety shoes in order to receive reimbursement.

No underline. The County may offer eligible employees a choice for enrollment in a County sponsored health care plan. If offered a choice, each employee may choose to enroll in either of the following health care plans offered by the County: (a) County regular health care plan, or (b) County high deductible health care plan. The County agrees to contribute a maximum of $780.00 of the amount due per month towards the cost of the monthly “employee only” premium for group health insurance for an eligible employee. Any amount required beyond the $780.00 per month per employee shall be paid by the employee through payroll deduction. Alternatively, should an employee choose to enroll in the County’s high deductible health care plan, to the extent that his/her monthly premium is less than $780.00 contribution amount shall be placed in a Health Savings Account for the employee, up to the limit established by the Internal Revenue Service. Employees enrolled in the high deductible plan for FY 2018, will receive Health Savings Account contributions to their HSAs for FY 2018 in a one-time lump sum payment. This payment shall be issued by the County in the first pay-period following the Board of Commissioners’ acceptance of this Agreement. Eligibility for group health insurance shall begin following thirty (30) days of regular employment.

The Huerfano County Sheriff shall provide law enforcement services within the Walsenburg corporate limits including, but not limited to, patrolling, issuing summons and complaints, preparing and timely delivering to the District Attorney all reports and information necessary to prosecute matters, appearance by the appropriate law enforcement officials at all court proceedings as necessary to prosecute matters, gathering and retaining evidence so as to provide for proper chain of custody, responding timely to complaints or calls, transportation of persons arrested to jail, investigation, traffic control, emergency response, civil document service, training, developing and maintaining all records and written law enforcement policies ordinarily required by law enforcement agencies, and all other tasks typically associated with and performed by a municipal police department.

g) The failure of Coach to fully and promptly cooperate , as defined in article 4.1.5 of this agreement, with the NCAA ( NAIA) or the University (College) in any investigation of possible violations of any applicable law or the policies, rules or regulations of the U niversity (College),, the Board, the conference, or the NCAA (NAIA);;
