Evaluation of the Superintendent. The Superintendent shall be evaluated twice during the first contract year and once during each subsequent contract year, unless the Board deems additional evaluations appropriate. The Superintendent shall receive a copy of the evaluation and shall have the right to submit a response to the evaluation, which response shall be placed in the Superintendent’s personnel file. The Superintendent shall notify the President of the Board to remind the Board of the need to evaluate.
Evaluation of the Superintendent. The Board will review the Superintendent’s performance annually. The evaluation instrument shall be in accordance with the requirements of I.C. 20-28-11.5-1 et seq. The evaluation shall be completed by the Board within sixty (60) days of June 30 of each employment year.
Evaluation of the Superintendent. The Board will evaluate the Superintendent twice during the Superintendent’s first year of employment and at least once each year thereafter. The first evaluation during the first year of employment and the yearly evaluations after the first year of employment will occur no later than the regular December meeting, unless otherwise agreed to by both parties. The Superintendent shall: remind the Board members in writing of this provision no later than its regular November meeting; make the evaluation an agenda item for the regular December board meeting during each year of this contract; and provide the Board with the written evaluation instrument that is on file with the Nebraska Department of Education. The Superintendent will receive a copy of the evaluation.
Evaluation of the Superintendent. The Board will review the Superintendent’s performance no less than annually each year. The Superintendent will not receive any performance-related compensation for the following year if his performance is designated as “improvement necessary” or “ineffective”.
Evaluation of the Superintendent. The Board will review the Superintendent's performance no less than once each school year. The Superintendent must receive a school year evaluation rating of Effective or Highly Effective to be eligible to receive any salary raise or increment for the following school year. The Superintendent shall not be eligible to receive any salary increase or increment or any performance incentive pay in any school year he receives an evaluation rating of Ineffective or Improvement Necessary.
Evaluation of the Superintendent. The Board shall evaluate and assess in writing the performance of the Superintendent each school year during the term of this Agreement and such evaluations shall be conducted in June of each year. Each such evaluation shall occur in a closed executive session. In the event that the Board determines that the performance of the Superintendent is unsatisfactory in any respect, the Board shall describe in writing, in reasonable detail, the specific instances of unsatisfactory performance. The evaluation shall include recommendations as to areas of improvement. The Superintendent shall have the right to prepare and submit a written response to the evaluation. Such response, if any, shall be placed in the Superintendent’s personnel file.
Evaluation of the Superintendent. The ABC Committee shall be responsible for the Superintendent’s annual evaluation, which is to be done in accordance with the provisions of Section 10-157 of the Connecticut General Statutes. The ABC Committee is hereby authorized to establish mutually agreeable guidelines and criteria for said evaluation with the Superintendent. The ABC Committee shall complete the annual evaluation of the Superintendent before June 30 of each respective contract year. Before the ABC Committee meets to complete its evaluation of the Superintendent, the Chairperson from each of the Boards shall meet with his/her board of education to obtain a common view of the Superintendent's performance, which will then be brought to and considered by the ABC Committee, and communicated to the Superintendent, during the Superintendent’s evaluation. Each of the Boards will be provided access to any written evaluation of the Superintendent.
Evaluation of the Superintendent. The Board of School Trustees of the Corporation will review the Superintendent’s performance no less than annually each year. The evaluation instrument shall be in accordance with the requirements of I.C. 20-28-11.5-1 et seq. A cumulative evaluation will be completed for each school year ending June 30th. Upon completion of the cumulative evaluation, any base increase shall become effective. The Board agreed to complete the cumulative evaluation no later than November 30 of any calendar year beginning 2021. Evaluation of the Superintendent. A. The Board and Superintendent recognize that a carefully developed and implemented evaluation process is a valuable part of Board and Superintendent communications. As such, during the first year of employment, the Superintendent agrees to meet with the Board within his first ninety (90) days of employment to discuss and set his goals and expectations. Further, a mid-year progress meeting should occur within the following ninety (90) days. Finally, a progress update should occur at the end of his first school year. Thereafter, based on the agreed upon goals, expectations, and aligned metrics, the Board shall evaluate and assess, in writing, the performance of the Superintendent once per year, generally no later than November l of each year, during the term of this Contract.
