Personal Well Being. The council shall annually designate a care team to minister to the pastor and his/her family. The team could be the elders or an appointed committee from the congregation. The team ought to meet with the pastor at least quarterly to monitor physical, spiritual and emotional health and to provide support and counsel regarding personal and professional concerns. The pastor’s spouse may be included in the meetings if the spouse desires. If mutually agreed upon by the committee and pastor they may meet more often. An important part of the team’s work should be intercessory prayer.  Full-time pastoral service is provided for the church when the pastor works at least 40 hours per week. It is not suggested that a full-time pastor have a time card to determine these 40 hours. The pastor should provide the church with a monthly pastoral report. A conversation should be held between the pastor and the lay leaders to determine what type of report will be helpful for both parties. If help is needed in preparing such a report, please contact the Director of Church Health or your district representative of credentials and placement. This salary package has been designed for full-time pastors only. To apply these salary and benefit guidelines to persons in part-time employment, the guidelines should be figured as if full-time. Then the part-time percentage should be applied to determine a fair salary and benefit package. This money may be distributed in a manner that is acceptable to the pastor and the church. For example, some pastors may want a cash salary and others may want these funds to use for additional benefits – i.e. housing, retirement, health insurance, etc. The Commission on Credentialing and Placement can assist churches to negotiate appropriate compensation.  If the church is not able to pay the full package as outlined in this document, it is understood that the pastors may be free to seek outside employment. There needs to be a mutual agreement between the pastor, the local church and the Commission on Credentialing and Placement in determining appropriate compensation. If the pastor is not able or willing to work 40 hours per week, the total compensation package shall be reduced by a percentage equal to numbers of hours the pastor works. Are responsible to take the necessary precautions to avoid or get involved in incident that could cause loss, damage, or injury to my own person or that of others; c. Pledge to strictly observe the rules of Universitas Jambi and the placement school on security and confidentiality of information and other regulations that might be implemented; d. Have properly informed their parents or guardians over the nature of their participation in 8th Batch SEA Teacher Project in Universitas Jambi and have secured their consent for their participation in the program.

  • Personal/Xxxxx’s Leave 7.3.1 All full time employees shall be entitled to accrue paid personal / xxxxx's leave on the basis of 10 days per year (or pro-rata thereof for any period less than one year). Part-time employees are entitled to a pro-rata benefit. Paid personal / carer's leave is cumulative. 7.3.2 All accrued personal leave shall be available for use as carer's leave in accordance with the provisions outlined below. 7.3.3 As part of its commitment to provide a family-friendly workplace, the employer will allow employees to use any amount of accrued personal /xxxxx's leave to enable employees to: (a) provide primary care to partners, children and/or other household or family members. (b) attend the funerals of family or household members or close family relatives (if compassionate leave is not available in the circumstances). 7.3.4 The leave provided for in this clause will be granted subject to the following: (a) The employee must notify the employer of the reason and likely duration of the absence before 7.00 am on the first day of the absence, unless this is not possible due to an unexpected emergency in which case the employee must notify the employer as soon as practicable. (b) Where circumstances permit, an employee must endeavour to arrange leave to minimise the impact on operational needs. (c) The provision of appropriate documentary evidence. 1. For sick leave, a medical certificate or if not reasonably practicable to provide a medical certificate- a statutory declaration made by the employee. 2. For xxxxx's leave, a medical certificate in respect to the family or household member, or a statutory declaration by the employee. 3. For compassionate leave, any evidence that the employer reasonably requires. 7.3.5 The employee is not entitled to take more than 10 days of paid xxxxx’s leave (1/26th of the nominal hours worked by the employee) per year, regardless of the amount of personal leave the employee has accumulated over time. 7.3.6 An employee may request to cash out any amount of paid personal/xxxxx’s leave that they have accrued that is excess of 3/52 of the number of nominal hours worked over the past 12 months. For example, an employee working 38 hours per week over 12 months must retain 15 days of paid personal/carer’s leave and may cash out any further personal/carer’s leave that has been accumulated. 7.3.7 In addition to the above, a request to cash out personal/xxxxx’s leave will only be granted where: (a) the employee elects to cash out their leave in writing; and (b) the employer agrees. 7.3.8 Casual Employees engaged in continuous service shall be entitled to personal leave limited to the provision of sub clause 7.3.

  • Personal Harassment Harassment means engaging in a course of vexatious comment or conduct that is known or ought reasonably to be known to be unwelcome. Harassment can be either psychological or physical or it can be a combination of both. It is any behaviour, whether deliberate or negligent, which denies individuals their dignity and respect, is offensive, embarrassing or humiliating to the individual and adversely affects the working environment.

  • Personal Medical Leave 1. Accrued 100% sick leave may be used at the employee's discretion. Such leave may be taken before or after the vacation described in No. 3 below. 2. Accrued 75% sick leave may be used following use of all 100% sick leave at the employee’s discretion. Such leave may be taken before or after the vacation described in No. 3 below.

  • PERSONAL SCOPE This Agreement shall apply to persons who are residents of one or both of the Contracting States.

  • Personal Safety a. I will not post personal contact information about myself or other people. Personal contact information includes names, personal physical addresses, email addresses, work addresses, school addresses, and telephone numbers b. I will not agree to meet with someone I have communicated with online without my parents’/guardians’ approval and participation. c.   • Personal Vehicles A. Employees who are directed by the Employer to use a personal vehicle for official state business shall do so in accordance with state fleet policies established by the Department of Budget and Management. When circumstances make it impractical for an employee to obtain a state vehicle on the day the vehicle will be used, such employee may request the vehicle at the end of the prior day’s shift, and the appointing authority shall make reasonable accommodation, consistent with the efficient operation of the unit, to accommodate such request. If such request cannot be granted, the employee may use his/her own vehicle and be reimbursed at the full rate in accordance with state fleet policies.

  • Personal Leaves 8.11.4.1 As approved by the Board, personal leaves without pay may be granted in cases of exceptional need for up to six (6) months. Any such leave exceeding one (1) semester shall not be counted toward tenure or promotion or for computing salary increments. These leaves may be extended by the PVPAA upon recommendation of the xxxx for up to one (1) year.

  • Personal Items In accordance with Departmental policy, employees will be reimbursed for personal items required on the job that are lost, damaged or destroyed in the line of duty. Reimbursement will be up to an amount of $100 per occurrence, excluding prescription eyewear.
