UNION MEMBERSHIP AND SECURITY. 3.01 The parties hereto mutually agree that any employee covered by this Agreement will become a member of the Union. The Union will supply the Employer with application cards for new employees. The Employer will include an application card in the orientation package for each new bargaining unit employee. The Employer will send a list of new employees each month to the Union. Each new employee has ten (10) days to sign an application card and return it to the Union.

UNION MEMBERSHIP AND SECURITY. 5.01 Any employee who is now a member of the Union in good standing shall, as a condition of continued employment, maintain such membership in good standing throughout.

UNION MEMBERSHIP AND SECURITY. 6.1. The Employer agrees that for the term of this Agreement all present employees who are members of the Union shall remain members of the Union as a condition of employment; and that all present employees who are not members of the Union shall become and remain members of the Union thirty-one (31) calendar days on or after the later of the successful conclusion of their probationary period or the execution of this Agreement as a condition of employment; and that all new employees shall become and remain members of the Union thirty-one (31) calendar days after the successful completion of the employee’s probationary period.

The Employer agrees that for the term of this Agreement all present employees who are members of the Union shall become and remain members of the Union as a condition of employment; and that all present employees who are not members of the Union shall become and remain members of the Union immediately on or after the later of the successful conclusion of their probationary period or the execution of this Agreement and that all new employees shall become and remain members of the Union immediately after the successful completion of the employee’s probationary period.
UNION MEMBERSHIP AND SECURITY. NEW EMPLOYEES The Union shall receive a copy of all signed letters of employment. All employees to whom this Agreement is applicable, shall, as a condition of employment, become members of the Union upon initial payment of union dues.
UNION MEMBERSHIP AND SECURITY. Section 1. All employees who are hired and who complete their probationary period subsequent to the effective date of this Agreement shall, as a condition of continued employment, either join the Union and pay monthly dues and initiation fees as required or pay an agency fee as designated by the Union.
