2. Environmental Services review including but not limited CEQA review, acoustic reports review, biological reports review, cultural resources reports review, traffic analysis studies and report reviews, parking studies report review, mitigation monitoring reports, and of any other technical reports deemed necessary by County
3. Planning and Zoning Plan Check Review for Building & Safety plan reviews (as identified in Building and Safety Services), including consistency with General Plan, Zoning, discretionary approvals and environmental mitigation, if appropriate
4. Subdivision Planning reviews including but not limited to:
a. Tentative Tract Maps b. Parcel Maps

Planning Services. (i) assist in the preparation, revision and delivery of all information necessary to U.S. counsel in order to file the repurchase offer documents with the appropriate United States regulatory agencies;
(ii) visit U.S. brokers, the Depositary Trust Co. (“DTC”) and American Stock Transfer and Trust Co (“AST&T”) as necessary prior to any repurchase offer in order to coordinate operational issues;
(iii) participate in the review, analysis and selection of the service providers needed to conduct repurchase offers, including, but not limited to, the Information and Depositary Agents, and coordinating with the Fund’s Custodian (“Bancomer”), U.S. and Mexican legal counsel, and with the Fund’s independent accountants regarding the conduct of the repurchase offers;
(iv) meet with Mexican brokerage houses and custodians that will be the recipients of the Fund’s portfolio securities to explain the details of the repurchase offers, including calculation, transfer and legal issues of the in-kind payments so as to ensure efficient processing and transfer of repurchase offer proceeds to participating shareholder accounts;
(v) create and update as needed a computer program that provides in electronic form the information to be exchanged among Impulsora, the Fund, participating stockholders and other service providers with regard to the repurchase offers; and
(vi) assist U.S. or international brokers and Fund investors who desire to participate in the repurchase offer.
Planning Services. 7.2.1 The Service Provider must provide the Implementation planning services in accordance with Schedule 2 - Attachment B - Register ICT Service Requirements.
Planning Services. Planning Services comprise:
(a) Functions related to special studies requested by ATCLLC.
(b) Functions related to running special software as requested by ATCLLC.
Planning Services. Legislative activities, such as adoption and amendment of comprehensive plan text and maps, adoption and amendment of land use regulations, and quasi-judicial processing of land use actions.
Planning Services. Partner commits to offer PatchView installation planning services. Services will be rendered by a Partner's Consultant.
Planning Services. The MPO and/or the consultant to be selected by the MPO shall provide all services, as indicated in “Attachment A” in this agreement. If consultant services are contracted by the MPO, the consultant will be directly supervised by the MPO Responsible Charge, an MPO employee, in charge and control of the Project at all times. Any services required of the consultant by the MPO but not listed in “Attachment A” of the agreement shall be performed at the MPOs expense and at no expense to DOTD or FHWA. In the event that the MPO is obligated to complete this work and contracts with a third party to perform the work, and DOTD is obligated to complete any subsequent work, DOTD and the MPO agree that any rights that the MPO may have to recover from the provider of planning services shall be transferred to DOTD.
Planning Services. This Agreement is made and entered into upon execution by and between City of Sweet Home, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon, hereinafter known as CITY, and Oregon Cascades West Council of Governments, hereinafter known as OCWCOG, Oregon 190.010 intergovernmental agencies.
