Specific tasks (Basic and Special Services) construction phase services are described below. • Submit Conformed DocumentsManagement of the project during construction and grant closeout • Coordination with AID Team members (Quality Assurance Testing, RPR) • Coordination with HCAA, FDOT, FAA and other airport tenants, as necessary • Preparation of minutes of meetings, as necessary • Construction Administration and Full-Time Resident Project Representative (RPR) services, if requested by HCAA • Quality Assurance Testing • Project Closeout AID will perform typical basic construction administration tasks as part of the contract. These tasks include: • Attend weekly meetings with HCAA for general coordination and to discuss the status of the project, schedule, budget, site conditions, and other issues that may arise during construction. • Perform general coordination with the Subconsultants on a weekly basis via teleconference calls to discuss the status of the project, schedule, budget, site conditions, and other issues that may arise during construction. • Prepare a Construction Management Plan as required by the FAA for Owner review and submittal to the FAA.   • Stock Plan Administration Service Providers The Company transfers participant data to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, an independent service provider based in the United States, which assists the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan. In the future, the Company may select a different service provider and share the Participant’s data with another company that serves in a similar manner. The Company’s service provider will open an account for the Participant to receive and trade Shares. The Participant will be asked to agree on separate terms and data processing practices with the service provider, which is a condition to the Participant’s ability to participate in the Plan.

  • Stock Plan Administration Service Provider The Company transfers the Optionee's Personal Information to Fidelity Stock Plan Services LLC, an independent service provider based in the United States, which assists the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan (the “Stock Plan Administrator”). In the future, the Company may select a different Stock Plan Administrator and share the Optionee's Personal Information with another company that serves in a similar manner. The Stock Plan Administrator will open an account for the Optionee to receive and trade Shares acquired under the Plan. The Optionee will be asked to agree on separate terms and data processing practices with the Stock Plan Administrator, which is a condition to the Optionee’s ability to participate in the Plan.

Preauthorization may be required to determine medical necessity as well as appropriate site of care. If we deny your request for preauthorization, or you disagree with our determination for the appropriate site of care, you can submit a medical appeal.   • Medical Services Plan Regular Full-Time and Temporary Full-Time Employees shall be entitled to be covered under the Medical Services Plan commencing the first day of the calendar month following the date of employment. The City shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premiums required by the plan.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are described in the SLA.

  • Cloud Services Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement or in the Order, Company grants Customer a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to access and use the Number of Units of Cloud Services during the Term solely for internal business purposes in accordance with the applicable license restrictions stated in the Business Unit Terms, Order, and Documentation.   • ADS Services Up to U.S. $5.00 per 100 ADSs (or fraction thereof) held on the applicable record date(s) established by the Depositary. Person holding ADSs on the applicable record date(s) established by the Depositary.

  • Beta Services From time to time, We may invite You to try Beta Services at no charge. You may accept or decline any such trial in Your sole discretion. Beta Services will be clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation or by a description of similar import. Beta Services are for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, any Beta Services trial period will expire upon the earlier of one year from the trial start date or the date that a version of the Beta Services becomes generally available. We may discontinue Beta Services at any time in Our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.
