Player Eligibility. SRJ Volleyball Club is required to pay, in advance, fees such as: XXXX/USA volleyball memberships for teams, chaperones, coaches, tournament entries, etc… The timeliness of payments is important and necessary. All fees must be paid as outlined above before any athlete/player will be allowed to begin the season or continue with season for the second and third payment.
Player Eligibility. 2.1. Each player and at least one parent must sign and submit a code of conduct pledge and contract at registration. The town is responsible for keeping the Code of Conduct on file for the current season and can be subject to an audit by NHYLA. 2.2. Girls will have the option of playing either with the boys using boy’s lacrosse rules or playing girls lacrosse. 2.3. Boys currently do not have the option of playing in the girl’s league. 2.4. NHYLA will have a Competition Committee that will consist of the President, Boys VP, Girls VP, one at large board member and 3 at large members from the programs in good standing in NHYLA. All at large members will be from programs not already represented on the committee. 2.5. Divisions will be proposed by the Competition Committee, by the January meeting, based off of the number of teams from the previous season. The Competition Committee has the ability to create new divisions as needed, prior to the schedule being created, with the desired size of the division to be 12- 16 teams. Programs will have the ability to place their teams into the divisions that they want. The Competition Committee will provide some guidelines/recommendations for division placement for programs with one or more teams in the same division. The Competition Committee will review placement and work with programs to balance out the divisions as needed. The Competition Committee has the final say in division placement. The Competition Committee has the ability to adjust individual team up/down divisions within the first 3 weeks of the season. 2.6. All players participating in NHYLA must be NH residents.
Player Eligibility. (a) No player may sign a Contract or play in the NBA unless he has been eligible for selection in at least one (1) NBA Draft. No player shall be eligible for selection in more than two (2) NBA Drafts. (b) A player shall be eligible for selection in the first NBA Draft with respect to which he has satisfied all applicable requirements of Section 1(b)(i) below and one of the requirements of Section 1(b)(ii) below: (i) The player (A) is or will be at least 19 years of age during the calendar year in which the Draft is held, and (B) with respect to a player who is not an international player (defined below), at least one (1) NBA Season has elapsed since the player’s graduation from high school (or, if the player did not graduate from high school, since the graduation of the class with which the player would have graduated had he graduated from high school); and (A) The player has graduated from a four-year college or university in the United States (or is to graduate in the calendar year in which the Draft is held) and has no remaining intercollegiate basketball eligibility; or (B) The player is attending or previously attended a four-year college or university in the United States, his original class in such college or university has graduated (or is to graduate in the calendar year in which the Draft is held), and he has no remaining intercollegiate basketball eligibility; or (C) The player has graduated from high school in the United States, did not enroll in a four-year college or university in the United States, and four calendar years have elapsed since such player’s high school graduation; or (D) The player did not graduate from high school in the United States, and four calendar years have elapsed since the graduation of the class with which the player would have graduated had he graduated from high school; or (E) The player has signed a player contract with a “professional basketball team not in the NBA” (defined below) that is located anywhere in the world, and has rendered services under such contract prior to the Draft; or (F) The player has expressed his desire to be selected in the Draft in a writing received by the NBA at least sixty (60) days prior to such Draft (an “Early Entry” player); or (G) If the player is an “international player” (defined below), and notwithstanding anything contained in subsections (A) through (F) above: (1) The player is or will be twenty-two (22) years of age during the calendar year of the Draft; or (2) The player h...
Player Eligibility. A. All players must be currently enrolled in a secondary school and must NOT have played with any TSSAA basketball teams during the current year (noted above). Players must also be no older than 18 years of age on January 4, 2025. B. Players can only play for one team per league. If an issue arises or a player wants to switch teams, BOTH Coaches must agree to the change and notify the league supervisor to make the change. In the event the player is not granted the release, he or she may appeal to the League Supervisor. A final decision will be made within two business days. C. Players (or parents if player is under 18) must sign the team roster form and must be able to verify identity upon request. D. Any player entering a game without signing any and all necessary paperwork will be pulled from the game until all documents are obtained and a forfeit may result. If a player is believed to be ineligible (not in secondary school, older than 18, playing for a TSSAA basketball team, etc.), it is the opposing team’s responsibility to inform the League Supervisor. If the player is suspected to be older than 18, he or she must leave the game until able to produce identification. If the player is suspected of not being in a secondary school or playing for a TSSAA basketball team, the player will be able to finish the game and the League Supervisor will follow up on Monday. If found ineligible, the ineligible player will be removed from the roster and all games he or she played will be forfeited.
Player Eligibility. 1.4.1. Players who played in thirteen or more LEC Matches in the Competitive Half-Season are ineligible to participate in the EM event for the current Competitive Half-Season. 1.4.2. Players contracted to a non-LEC organisation in any Professional League, as defined by their ability to qualify for the World Championship Event (LCS, LCK, LPL, PCS etc.), are strictly forbidden from engaging in the EMEA Masters. 1.4.3. Team Members who are not part of GCD (for Accredited ERLs) or EPD (for Non-Accredited ERLs) are not eligible to participate in the EMEA Masters.
