PLUMBING SERVICES. 12.3.1 Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, CTICC and/or its designate has exclusive right and responsibility for the plumbing services within the Convention Centre. 12.3.2 The Exhibitor/Sponsor shall not be entitled to introduce, provide or arrange plumbing services or access, unless authorised in writing by CTICC and on such terms as may be stipulated by CTICC.
PLUMBING SERVICES. All plumbing fixtures throughout the building will tie in directly to the City of San Diego sanitary sewer system. Caustic or acidic waste is not allowed to be disposed of down any fixtures (e.g. coffee grounds, undiluted DI water, etc.). A. Bulk N2 (Shared between tenants) 1. Landlord shall specify outdoor location and provide housekeeping pad per tenant provided N2 tank. 2. Size of N2 tank shall not exceed 4-0diameter. 3. Point of use filtering is not included. 4. Piping for N2 service shall be as follows: Point of connection into building from tenant provided N2 tank and copper piping and connections to fume hood turrets and lab bench turrets where indicated in plan, lab benches. B. D1 (Shared between tenants) 1. DI piping shall provide service to fixtures as indicated in plan. 2. Shared with Kemia and to be worked out with Kemia. C. Compressed air (Shared between tenants) 1. Compressor will be located on Mechanical Platform
PLUMBING SERVICES. 2.1 The supplier (Clearflow Services) agrees to carry out all emergency plumbing work within the customers property within this agreement which covers all labour and materials necessary to carry out works such as leaking taps, toilet flushing problems, overflow problems, leaking and burst pipe work “copper and plastic” ,leaking cylinders, leaking radiator valves “Not Radiators”, cold water storage tanks. Emergency is deemed as a fault that requires immediate response in order to prevent any further damage to the customers property 2.2 This agreement does not cover the customer for any maintenance work needed within the property such as repairing or replacing the cold mains water stop cock, replacement of faulty taps, shower pumps and mixer valves, mechanical pumps, controls, water filters, radiators, swimming pools, garden features, macerators such as saniflo, washing machine breakdown, dishwasher breakdown 2.3 Any faults found within the property regarding plumbing will be noted and explained to the customer of any work needed to be carried out at the customers expense to that fault before it will be included within the cover 2.4 The suppliers engineers are available every day of the year 24 hours a day to respond to emergency calls 2.5 The supplier holds the right to prioritise jobs in order of emergency and will endeavour to have an engineer out to you within 2 hours of your call or arrange a more convenient time to visit 2.6 All, Labour and materials needed to carry out repairs are included up to the value of £500 for each job 2.7 Any maintenance work or work needed to bring system up to good working order as advised by our engineer will be carried out with a 10% labour discount but not on materials or fittings. 2.8 Replacing bathroom fixtures such as showers, sinks or sanitary fittings is not in the agreement 2.9 The supplier is not responsible for any repair or re-decorating where any damage has been caused due to repair work being carried out
PLUMBING SERVICES. In the event of breakage of pipes, leaking of sanitary fittings or damage in the water installations within the insured dwelling, such breakage or leakage producing or threatening to produce damage to properties of the Assured or of third parties, the Company will indemnify the assured and/or Third party claim subject to the Limit of Liability specified in this Endorsement to secure the dwelling against further loss or damage, when the condition of such installations permits such repair. In no case, however, shall the Company be liable for: a) The repair or replacement of any other damaged element not related to plumbing, piping, sanitary fittings or faucets or other plumbing installations within the dwelling. b) The repair or replacement of any damaged appliances, furniture or fixtures even if such damage to appliances, furniture or fixtures have been caused by breakage of or damage to the plumbing,sanitary, and other water system installations. c) The repair or replacement of sanitary equipment, boilers, heaters, air conditioning installations or any other home electrical appliances connected to water pipes. d) The repair or replacement of any community or third party plumbing system or installation even if they are located in the Assured's premises.
PLUMBING SERVICES. Plumbing services are provided by the contracted exclusive supplier for this service. This service extends to providing connections to the mains and ends at a stopcock. Additional services are available on request at a fee.
PLUMBING SERVICES. The Contractor shall perform the following plumbing inspection and repairs and use the checklist in Section J, Exhibit 4. (a) Inspect all plumbing work including:  pipes, ducts, valves, dampers, fittings, waste water and sewer lines, traps, catch basins, hot water heaters, toilet fixtures, plugs, chains, hoses, down-spouts, and gutters for clogging and loose joints, restrictions, leaks, and other faulty conditions; (b) Provide routine service such as:  retightening, caulkinglubricating, and performing first echelon maintenance. The Contractor shall furnish all supplies and equipment needed for the repairs.

  • Installation Services The Bitstream 2a Service includes a Standard Install as set out below (in each case to the extent that the relevant provisioning works are not already complete for the relevant Service Order).1

  • Janitorial Services Tenant will not employ any person for the purpose of cleaning the Premises or permit any person to enter the Building for such purpose other than Landlord's janitorial service, except with Landlord's prior written consent. Tenant will not necessitate, and will be liable for the cost of, any undue amount of janitorial labor by reason of Tenant's carelessness in or indifference to the preservation of good order and cleanliness in the Premises. Janitorial service will not be furnished to areas in the Premises on nights when such areas are occupied after 9:30 p.m., unless such service is extended by written agreement to a later hour in specifically designated areas of the Premises.

  • Engineering Services Definition: Engineering Services includes any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires education, training and experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles. Engineering Services covered by the Xxxxxx Architect-Engineers Act (40 U.S.C. 1102) are not covered in the primary scope of OASIS SB.   • Monitoring Services IDT staff shall, using methods that include face-to-face and other contacts with the member, monitor the services a member receives. This monitoring shall ensure that: a. The member receives the services and supports authorized, arranged for and coordinated by the IDT staff; b. The services and supports identified in the MCP as being provided by natural and community supports are being provided; and c. The quality of the services and supports received is adequate and still necessary to continue to meet the needs and preferences of the member and support the member’s outcomes identified in the MCP.

  • Other Services At the request of the Fund, the Adviser in its discretion may make available to the Fund office facilities, equipment, personnel and other services. Such office facilities, equipment, personnel and services shall be provided for or rendered by the Adviser and billed to the Fund at the Adviser's cost.

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • Hosting Services NCR Voyix shall furnish facilities, equipment, computer programs and services, as specified from time to time by NCR Voyix, that NCR Voyix deems necessary for operation and maintenance of the System (collectively, the “Hosting Services”).

  • Standard Services As long as Tenant is not in default under any of the provisions of this Lease, Landlord shall cause the Leased Premises (in accordance with Section 10.3 below) and the public and common areas of the Building, (and the Project Common Areas), including the lobbies, elevators, stairs, corridors and rest rooms, to be maintained in reasonably good order and condition consistent with the operation and maintenance of the Building as a first-class office building in downtown Bellevue, except for damage occasioned by any act or omission of Tenant or Tenant's officers, contractors, agents, invitees, licensees or employees, the repair of which shall be paid for by Tenant ,so long as damage occasioned by other tenants and their officers, contractors, agents, invitees, licensees or employees, is paid for by such other tenants. From 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekdays, excluding legal holidays, and from 8:00 a.m. to noon on Saturdays ("Regular Business Hours"), Landlord shall furnish the Leased Premises with electricity for lighting and operation of low power usage office machines, water, heat, air conditioning and elevator service as is customary and anticipated by tenants in a first-class office building (the "Standard Services"). During all other hours, Landlord shall furnish the Standard Services, including elevator service as reasonably required to provide access to the Leased Premises, except for heat and air conditioning and lighting. If requested by Tenant, Landlord shall furnish heat and air conditioning and lighting at times other than Regular Business Hours and the cost of such services, as established by Landlord (which in no event shall exceed Landlords' actual cost of such services), shall be paid by Tenant in the same manner as provided in Section 4.1 above. Landlord also shall provide lamp replacement service for Building Standard fluorescent light fixtures (but not for any specialty lighting installed by Tenant), toilet room supplies, window washing at reasonable intervals and customary building janitorial service in the Leased Premises consistent with those services in other first-class office buildings as part of the Standard Services, although no janitorial service shall be provided for Saturdays, Sundays or legal holidays. The cost and expense of any janitorial or other services provided or caused to be provided by Landlord to Tenant in addition to the services ordinarily provided Building tenants or is excessive relative to services provided to other tenants in the Building generally, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord upon demand for the additional cost resulting from such services, which shall be paid by Tenant in the same manner as provided for payment in Section 4.1 above. Standard Services shall not include any security services exclusively for Tenant within the Leased Premises. General security services will be provided in a manner consistent with the nature of the Project, and its cost will be allocated as a Building and/or Project Operating Cost. Landlord has not and does not make any representations to Tenant and assumes no responsibility to Tenant that the security services that are provided by Landlord will be effective in preventing any harm, both physical and economic, to Tenant or any of Tenant's employees or invitees. The HVAC system that Landlord shall install in the Building is generally described in Schedule D-1 and, among other things, shall allow temperature adjustments to be made in the Leased Premises on a zone by zone basis on each floor. Tenant shall pay any and all costs required to implement the features of the system by which Tenant may make temporary adjustments on a zone by zone basis on each floor . Any services provided by Landlord under this Section 6.4 shall be applied consistently and in a nondiscriminatory manner.
