Policy Change Sample Clauses
Policy Change. If the Department proposes a change to the requirements in the functions performed, and services provided or purchased by the CSA which is not the result of implementation of State or Federal statutes, rules and regulations, court orders or settlement agreements arising from litigation, the Department shall consider the fiscal and workload impact on the CSA, and consult with Wisconsin Child Support Enforcement Association (WCSEA) on any change determined by the Department to have a substantial fiscal or workload impact before implementing the change to the requirements. It is not the Department’s intent to impose unilaterally any new, unbudgeted activities on the CSA.
Policy Change. Company reserves the right to change, amend, or revise this policy at any time with or without notice to Customer.
Policy Change. The Employer agrees to provide the union with all policy changes seven (7) days in advance of implementation of the policy.

Policy Change. The School District, or its representatives, will meet with the Association at least twice per policy (if two meetings are needed) to exchange information and opinions prior to adopting a proposed change in the following policies and may meet on other policies:
1. Evaluation
2. Vacancy
3. Transfer
4. Academic freedom
Policy Change. 28.01 Any policy changes which may affect Employees covered under this Agreement will be promptly communicated by their Branch Manager and subsequently posted on the bulletin boards and a copy forwarded to the Union Xxxxxxx.

If the Employer introduces or intends to introduce a measure, policy, practice or change that affects the terms, conditions or security of employment of a significant number of bargaining unit employees, the Employer will give fifty (50) days’ notice before the date on which the measure, policy, practice or change is to be effected, and offer to meet in good faith, and endeavour to develop an adjustment plan, which may include any provisions respecting any of the following:
(a) Consideration of alternatives to the proposed measure, policy, practice or change, including amendment of provisions in the Collective Agreement;
(b) Human resource planning and employee counselling and retraining;
(c) Notice of termination;
(d) Severance pay;
Policy Change. The Committee agrees that, except in case of emergency, the Committee will notify the Association of any rule or policy change not covered by this Agreement pertaining to hours, salary, or other terms and conditions of professional employment within a reasonable time prior to the effective date of such rule or policy change. Upon written request from the Association to the Committee within five (5) days after such notification by the Committee, the Committee will afford the President(s) of the Association an opportunity to consult with the Committee as to the same before its effective date.
