Joint Labour Management. 23.01 (a) The Labour/Management Committee shall consist of four (4) Employer designates and four (4) employees appointed by the Union. The Committee shall meet at the request of either party but not more than once per month at a place and time to be mutually agreed.

Joint Labour Management. It is agreed that Joint Labour Management meetings will be held on a regular basis, at least once per quarter, involving an equal number of management and employee representatives to a maximum of two (2) employee representatives (one (1) from each store) and two (2) Employer representatives. Meetings will be held before or after store opening during a regularly scheduled shift and will be considered paid time.
Joint Labour Management. COMMITTEE 27.01 In consideration of the mutual benefits likely to be obtained by way or more harmonious relationships between the Association and the Council, a Joint Labour-Management Committee shall be established. 27.02 The Joint Committee shall be selected from named members of the Association and named business representatives of the Union; the selection of three (3) appointees for each party constituting this Committee shall rest with each respective chairman of the Labour Relations Committee. They shall meet on quarterly basis and will be respon- sible for improving Labour Management Relations, productivity and formu- lating recommendations aimed at bringing about standard provisions in the Collective Agreement on matters such as Hours of Work, Overtime, Statutory Holidays, Classifications, Shift Premiums, Employee Benefits, Board Allowances and One Standard Agreement covering all employees. The Labour Management Committee will develop the procedure to be followed and method of recording the qualifying time worked by employees in the Trackman >B= and Trackman >C= categories.

On the written request of its committee members, the JLM committee shall meet at least once every two (2) months during the term of this Collective Bargaining Agreement, to discuss issues relating to the workplace that affect the parties or any employee bound by this Agreement. The purpose of this committee is to promote the cooperative resolution of workplace issues, to respond and adapt to changes in the economy, and to xxxxxx the development of work related skills and to promote workplace productivity. Eurest employees shall receive their basic rate of pay for time spent in attendance at the Joint Labour Management Committee meetings. The JLM Committee shall have no authority to change, delete, or modify any terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement or to settle or discuss grievances arising under this Agreement.

Joint Labour Management. ‌ The parties agree to the establishment of a Joint Labour Management (JLM) Committee, consisting of Management representatives, and staff representatives (Shop Stewards and invited staff). The Union servicing representative may attend the meetings from time to time, with advance prior notice. The JLM Committee may hold meetings every second month at the request of either party, or more often, if agreed. The purpose of the JLM Committee is to encourage open and candid discussion on topics and issues that arise in, or are related to the workplace, and to promote cooperative resolution of workplace issues. The parties agree that the JLM Committee shall not use this forum to discuss such matters as changing terms of the collective agreement; duty to accommodate issues, or outstanding grievances, but rather to xxxxxx a respectful working relationship between workers and management, and a commitment to resolve outstanding issues proactively and in a timely manner. Where questions arise with respect to Collective Agreement interpretation; those matters must be directed to the Union Representative, and the equivalent Employer Representative.
