Pre-Observation. A minimum of three (3) school days’ notice shall be provided prior to the pre- observation conference. The administrator must include the date of the formal observation and a checklist with the three-day notice of anything he/she requests to view during the pre-observation conference. Unless mutually agreed upon, the formal observation shall not occur sooner than 3 days after the pre-observation conference.
Pre-Observation. 1. For formal observations, the teacher shall complete the Pre-observation Conference Form (Form C or eVAL) and sent it to the evaluator prior to the scheduled pre-observation conference.

At the scheduled observation, a Pre-planned Observation Form, attached herein as Appendix H, shall be filled out by the employee and given to his/her observer two (2) days prior to the scheduled observation. The purpose of the form shall be to inform the observer of the objectives, methods, materials, and any special considerations that the employee believes may be a factor in the class, physical setting or lesson to be observed.
Pre-Observation. A. For formal observations, the teacher shall complete the Classroom Observation Planning Conference form (Form C), with a written lesson plan, and send it to the evaluator twenty-four (24) hours prior to a mutually-determined pre- observation conference.
Pre-Observation. EVALUATION CONFERENCE
Pre-Observation. For formal observations, the teacher shall complete the Pre- observation Lesson Plan document (Form C). The teacher will send the Pre- observation Lesson Plan document (Form C) to the evaluator prior to the scheduled pre-observation conference. The evaluator will read the lesson plan in advance of the scheduled pre-observation conference. The teacher and evaluator will meet and discuss the lesson plan and identify (1) specific areas of focus, (2) establish a date for the formal observation, and (3) discuss professional activities to be observed, including, but not limited to the lesson content, lesson objectives, teaching strategies, evidence to be collected that will meet the scoring criteria, and how the lesson fulfills the teacher’s professional growth goals and student growth goals as agreed upon in the goal setting conference earlier in the year.
Pre-Observation. In at least one of the observations, the Pre-planned Observation Form, which is attached to and made a part of this Agreement as Appendix D, shall be filled out by the employee and given to his/her observer. The purpose of the form shall be to advise the observer of the objectives, methods, materials and any special considerations that the employee believes may be a factor in the class, physical setting or lesson to be observed. The observer shall distribute such forms to the employees at least two (2) days prior to the pending observation and returned to the observer prior to the observation. Upon request of the employee or the observer, the employee and the observer shall meet prior to the observation to discuss any additional information relevant to the observation.
Pre-Observation. The teacher and evaluator shall meet and discuss the lesson plan and identify any specific areas of focus, establish a date for the formal observation, and discuss professional activities to be observed, including their content, objectives, strategies, and possible evidence to meet the scoring criteria. (The goals may be referenced, if applicable).
