Letter of Employment. We, ALR Technologies SG Pte. Ltd. (“Company”), are pleased to offer you employment in the Company on the following terms and conditions (“Agreement”).
Letter of Employment. 2.10.1 Before the end of September each year and/or within one (1) month of initial employment, the following information will be made available to employees through electronic resources: • The expected base number of hours and days to be worked. All regularly scheduled work days and regular hours will be included in total annual hours. Upon request, hard copies will be provided. 2.10.3 Annual pay is calculated by multiplying total regular hours of an employee’s assignment(s)by the pay rate of the assignment(s). This calculation includes paid holidays but does not include extra time or overtime hours.
Letter of Employment. 4.1 Not later than on the second weekday of a worker’s employment, the employer must inform the worker about the terms of employment in accordance with the duty of disclosure set out in the Danish Act on Employer’s Obligation to Inform Employees of the Conditions Applicable to the Employment Relationship. The parties to this agreement recommend the use of an employment contract approved by both parties. Any dispute that may arise in relation to the duty of disclosure and employment contracts/letters of employment must be resolved in accordance with the rules on industrial dispute resolution that apply between the parties. If a letter of employment has not been given to a worker within the time limits in force, no compensation can be claimed from an employer who meets the requirement not later than eight days after the worker concerned or his or her trade union has submitted a claim concerning failure to provide a letter of employment, unless the non-compliance with the provision on letters of employment is systematic.
