Provision of Personal Protective Equipment. The Partner shall provide its employees with special clothing, special footwear and other personal protective equipment according to the established norms and shall ensure their use in cases when it is required by the regulations of the Russian Federation, Unilever standards, or when the need for such use arises from the results of workplace certification, special assessment of working conditions or risk assessment carried out by Unilever or the Partner. 1.1 Обеспечение средствами индивидуальной защиты. Партнер должен обеспечивать своих работников специальной одеждой, специальной обувью и другими средствами индивидуальной защиты по установленным нормам, а также должен обеспечивать их использование в тех случаях, когда этого требуют нормативные правовые акты РФ, стандарты Юнилевер, или, когда необходимость такого использования вытекает из результатов аттестации рабочих мест, специальной оценки условий труда или оценки риска, проведенных у Юнилевер или у Партнера.

Provision of Personal Protective Equipment. The Company will provide at its cost all articles of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) that are deemed necessary to carry out the tasks for each individual Employee. It is mandatory for all Employees to use and or wear the appropriate PPE. The Company will ensure that all Employees are informed of the obligation to wear appropriate PPE. Provision of Boots The Company will provide each permanent Employee with a pair of safety boots that conform to Australian Standards which will be issues on commencement of employment and annually after that. In case of excessive wear and tear items of uniform/protective equipment issued, will be exchanged, due to fair wear and tear, as required and approved by the Company or deem necessary by the OH&S Committee. Provision of Prescription Glasses The Company will provide each permanent Employee who requires prescription glasses with a pair of prescription safety glasses which will be replaced on a fair wear and tear basis or when an Employee’s prescription changes. Provision of Company Uniforms The Company will provide at its cost five (5) sets of clothing as additional items deemed necessary by the OH&S Committee or Company policy to permanent Employees when an Employee first commences work with the Company. Each set will include as a minimum:  five (5) pair of overalls or five (5) shirts (long sleeve) and five (5) pair of trousers (long), and  a cold weather jacket.  The Company will issue a reorder for each Employee in March of each year:  two (2) pair of overalls or two (2) shirts (long sleeve) and two (2) pair of trousers (long), and  a cold weather jacket. The OH&S Committee will also source clothing that is suited to the range of climatic conditions Employees face throughout the year, including clothing that is suited to both hot weather in the summer months and cold weather during the winter months and for Employees working on afternoon and night shifts. The Company will also replace clothing on a fair wear and tear basis. Employees are required to wear the uniforms provided by the Company. Employees who do not complete their probation period must return any PPE / Uniforms to the Company if required.
Provision of Personal Protective Equipment. The CONTRACTOR shall at his own costs, provide CONTRACTOR’s PERSONNEL involved in the performance of the SERVICES with all items of equipment and clothing contained in the COMPANY’s SSHE requirements (Exhibit D) which are necessary for the safe and healthy conduct of the SERVICES. Such items shall be maintained in good condition or replaced and shall be worn as indicated by notices, instructions and good oil and gas field practices.

Nylon jackets and those with metal zips shall not be acceptable. • Any other safety equipment deemed necessary for the safe conduct of work.

  • REPLACEMENT OF PERSONAL PROPERTY (A) An employee, while on duty and acting within the scope of employment, who suffers damage or destruction of the employee’s watch or prescription glasses, or other items of personal property as have been given prior approval by the agency as required to adequately perform the duties of the position, will be reimbursed as provided herein.

  • Removal of Personal Property All articles of personal property owned by Tenant or installed by Tenant at its expense in the Premises (including business and trade fixtures, furniture and movable partitions) shall be, and remain, the property of Tenant, and shall be removed by Tenant from the Premises, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, on or before the expiration or sooner termination of this Lease. Tenant shall repair any damage caused by such removal.

  • Use of Personal Vehicles If the Employer is unable to provide transportation for the employee for projects located within ZONE II or ZONE III and the employee is requested to use his own vehicle by the Employer, the following shall apply:

  • Protective Equipment 21.01 All employees shall wear safety hats to be made available by the Employer.

  • Use of Personal Leave An employee may use personal leave credits to conduct personal business that cannot be conducted outside of normal working hours and for personal emergencies.

  • Protective Clothing and Equipment The Employer recognizes the safety concerns of all staff and shall provide all employees whose work requires them to wear protective equipment with the necessary equipment and protective clothing. This committee may make recommendations on such equipment (e.g., gloves, long sleeved gowns, masks, goggles). These shall be maintained and replaced, where necessary, at the Employer's expense. Where the committee recommends the wearing of such protective clothing and equipment, and the Employer implements such recommendation, employees are obligated to comply with such recommendation(s).
