PTO Eligibility Sample Clauses

The PTO Eligibility clause defines the criteria and conditions under which employees qualify for paid time off benefits. It typically outlines factors such as employment status (full-time, part-time, or temporary), length of service, and any probationary periods that must be completed before PTO accrual begins. By clearly specifying who is eligible for PTO and under what circumstances, this clause ensures transparency and consistency in the administration of leave benefits, helping to prevent misunderstandings and disputes regarding time off entitlements.
