Public Parking Clause Samples
The 'Public Parking' clause defines the terms under which tenants, visitors, or the public may use parking spaces associated with a property. Typically, it outlines the locations, hours of availability, and any fees or restrictions related to parking, such as designated areas for guests or limitations on overnight parking. This clause ensures clear guidelines for parking usage, helping to prevent disputes and manage access to parking facilities efficiently.
Public Parking. Any private parking on the Developer Property may be open to the public, but shall not provide rates lower than those established by the City. Further, as long as the City provides free parking on Sundays, all private parking open to the public on the Developer Property shall be free to the public on Sundays as well.
Public Parking. The Developer will schedule a meeting with Parks and Recreation, MRA and the Parking Commission to brief Parks and Recreation on the plan for public parking on the site.

Operator and the Operators shall use those portions of the fifth floor of the Consolidated Rental Car Facility (within the Common Use Area) identified for public parking solely for public parking in connection with the completion of rental car transactions by rental car customers not arriving at the Consolidated Rental Car Facility by the Common Transportation System (e.g. local renters). The Operators, through the Facility Manager, shall specifically police the public parking areas to ensure that the area is used solely for such purposes. There shall be no charge for public parking unless the Port and a Majority-in-Interest agree on such charge.
Public Parking. Notwithstanding any other provisions in the Lease, the parties acknowledge and agree that when the Stadium is otherwise not being used for a Professional Baseball Event or otherwise by the Landlord or Tenant under the terms of this Lease, the Stadium parking lots shall remain open for public parking provided that the Tenant shall be allowed 12 permanent reserved parking spaces for its own use;
Public Parking. Public parking is parking that is available to anyone at any time, as long as that person pays the fee for public parking established by Parties and should such spaces be available beyond those used by the City’s priority parking users. The Parties agree that in operating the City Hall Parking Garage in a reasonable manner, the garage is considered to have reached its capacity despite having unfilled parking spaces as those spaces are kept open for persons who are entitled to park at City Hall garage under Section 1.4 of this Agreement.
Public Parking. As additional consideration herein, and for which this lease would not be executed, and due to the fact that LESSOR is relinquishing a portion of its property to LESSEE, in the event and solely in the event that the LESSOR elects to construct improvements to the remaining portion of its property and this Lease is still in effect, then and in that event, LESSEE agrees that LESSOR may utilize the number of parking spaces in the leased premises to comply with any required minimum parking spaces related to permits required for the construction of improvements on the remaining property of LESSOR as identified as #1 on said plat attached hereto at Exhibit B and made a part hereof.

The District, as owner of the Stadium Land, hereby directs the Partnership, in its capacity as "Manager" thereof, to allow a portion of the parking facilities located on the Stadium Land to be used for paid public parking on days on which no Major League Baseball Games or Non-Baseball Events are being held on the Leased Premises and Partnership Property. The parking facilities to be used for such public parking shall be as agreed to by the District and the Partnership or, if no agreement can be reached, as reasonably designated by the District. In no event will the Stadium Land be used for public parking if it would result in a monetary loss to the Partnership or the District.
Public Parking. The Public Parking Facilities shall be operated in such a manner as to provide adequate public parking for the various uses located on the Corridor Site. Except for special arrangements for residential parking or for qualified governmental users granted under this Agreement, the Parking Covenants and Parking Management Plan, parking will be provided to users of the Corridor Site and members of the general public (monthly, hourly, or otherwise) on a first come first served basis.
Public Parking. At least one hundred (100) stalls of the total parking provided in the Project will be open and accessible to the public at the prevailing market rate. These 100 spaces will be approximately allocated as follows: 25 spaces within Phase I and 75 spaces within Phase II. Owner will place signage on these parking spaces that limits the parking duration to no more than four (4) hours during the day. While residents and businesses located in the Project may be able to reserve parking spaces for patrons, employees, and residents, the one hundred stalls shall remain open to the general public. Owner agrees to execute and record a covenant on the title to the Property providing for such parking. The covenant shall be in a form approved by the City and shall be recorded prior to the issuance of any certificate of occupancy for any building on a site where parking is to be provided. If the City and the Owner agree that the 100 stalls of public parking is no longer needed in the future, this requirement may cease and the covenant shall be released.
