Quantum of Leave. Subject to clauses 29.4 and 29.5, the amount of long service leave to which an Employee shall be entitled shall:
(a) in the case of an Employee who has completed 10 years’ continuous service be in respect of such service, 10.5 weeks;
(b) in respect of each additional five years of continuous service with the Employer since the Employee last became entitled to long service leave, 5.25 weeks;
(c) on the termination of the Employee's employment, in respect of the number of years’ continuous service with the Employer completed since the Employee last became entitled to an amount of long service leave, a proportionate amount on the basis of 1.05 weeks for each completed year of service; and
(d) in the case of an Employee who has completed five years’ continuous service with the Employer and whose employment with the Employer ceases for any reason other than serious misconduct, be a proportionate amount on the basis of 10.5 weeks for 10 years’ service.
Quantum of Leave. Subject to sub-clause 35.3 the amount of long service leave to which an employee is entitled, from the commencement of this Agreement, shall be:
(a) In the case of an employee who has completed at least 7 years’ service with the same School:
(i) in respect of the first ten years of service so completed, 13 weeks; and
(ii) in respect of each additional completed year of service with the same employer, 2 weeks.
(b) In the case of an employee who has completed with the School 5 years’ service, and whose services are:
(i) terminated by the School for any reason; or
(ii) cease for any other reason (including resignation by the Employee),
Quantum of Leave. For the purpose of the NES, a shiftworker is an employee who works for more than four ordinary hours on 10 or more weekends during the yearly period in respect of which their annual leave accrues and is entitled to an additional week’s annual leave on the same terms and conditions.
Quantum of Leave. Subject to sub-clause 35.3 the amount of long service leave to which an employee is entitled, from the commencement of this Agreement, shall be:
(a) In the case of an employee who has completed at least 7 LJĞĂƌƐ͛w ithƐtĞheƌsaǀmeŝĐĞ School:
(i) in respect of the first ten years of service so completed, 13 weeks; and
(ii) in respect of each additional completed year of service with the same employer, 2 weeks.
(b) In the case of an employee who has completed with the School 5 LJĞĂƌƐ͛, andƐĞƌǀŝĐ whose services are:
(i) terminated by the School for any reason; or
(ii) cease for any other reason (including resignation by the Employee),
Quantum of Leave. Subject to clause 12.3(c) the amount of long service leave to which a Teacher shall be entitled shall:
(i) In the case of a Teacher who has completed at least ten years’ service with the same school be:
(A) in respect of ten years’ service so completed, 13 weeks; and
(B) in respect of each additional five years’ service with the school since the Teacher last became entitled to long service leave, 10 weeks; and
(C) on the termination of the Teacher's employment, in respect of completed service with the school since the Teacher last became entitled to an amount of long service leave, a proportionate amount on the basis of two weeks for one year's service.
(ii) In the case of a Teacher who has completed with a school five years’ service, and whose services are terminated by the school for any reason other than misconduct or cease for any other reason, be a proportionate amount on the basis of 13 weeks for ten years’ service [such service to include service with the school as an adult and otherwise than as an adult].
Quantum of Leave. Subject to subclause 29.3 the amount of long service leave to which a teacher (other than a teacher in a pre-school) shall be entitled will:
(a) In the case of a teacher who has completed at least ten years continuous service with the same school, be:
(i) In respect of ten years continuous service so completed 13 weeks; and
(ii) In respect of each additional five years of continuous service with the school since the teacher last became entitled to long service leave, 10 weeks; and
(iii) On the termination of the teacher's employment, in respect of completed service with the school since the teacher last became entitled to an amount of long service leave, a proportionate amount on the basis of two weeks for one year's service.
(b) In the case of a teacher who has completed with a school five years continuous service, and whose employment:
(i) Is terminated by the school for any reason other than misconduct; or
(ii) Ceases for any other reason (including resignation by the teacher), be a proportionate amount on the basis of 13 weeks for ten years continuous service (such service to include service with the school as an adult and otherwise than as an adult).
Quantum of Leave. (a) Annual leave entitlements accrue progressively during a year of service.
(b) Full time employees (other than shiftworkers) accrue four (4) weeks per year.
(c) Shiftworker employees accrue five (5) weeks per year.
(d) Part-time employees accrue annual leave on a proportional basis.
Quantum of Leave. 18.2.1 Subject to clauses 18.1 and 18.3.1 the amount of long service leave to which an Employee shall be entitled shall be:
18.2.2 In the case of an Employee who has completed at least ten years' service with the Employer:
(a) in respect of ten years' service so completed, 13 weeks;
(b) in respect of each additional five years of service with the Employer since the Employee last became entitled to long service leave, 10 weeks; and
(c) on the termination of the Employee’s employment, in respect of completed service with the Employer since the Employee last became entitled to an amount of long service leave, a proportionate amount on the basis of two weeks for one year's service.
18.2.3 In the case of an Employee who has completed with the Employer five years' service, and whose services are terminated by the Employer for any reason other than serious misconduct, or by the employee on account of illness, incapacity or domestic or other pressing necessity, or by reason of the death of the worker, be a proportionate amount of long service leave on the basis of 13 weeks for ten years' service (such service to include service with the Employer as an adult).
18.2.4 In the case of an Employee who has completed with the Employer seven years' service, and whose employment ceases for any reason other than serious misconduct, be a proportionate amount of long service leave on the basis of 13 weeks for ten years' service (such service to include service with the Employer as an adult).
Quantum of Leave. Subject to subclause (iii) of this clause, the amount of long service leave to which an employee shall be entitled shall be :
(a) in the case of an employee who has completed at least ten years service be, in respect of such service, 10.5 weeks: and
(b) in respect of each additional five years of service with the employer since the employee last became entitled to long service leave, be 5.25 weeks; and On termination of the employee’s service, in respect of the number of years service with the employer completed since the employee last became entitled to an amount of long service leave, be a proportionate amount on the basis of 1.05 week’s for each completed year of service; and In the case of an employee who has completed five years of adult service with an employer and whose services with the employer are terminated or cease for any reason, be a proportionate amount on the basis of 10.5 week’s for ten years service (such service to include service with the employer as an adult and otherwise than as an adult).
Quantum of Leave. (i) The NES provides that an employee who is defined as a shift worker under this clause is entitled to an additional weeks annual leave on the same terms and conditions
(ii) For the purposed of the NES a shift worker is an employee who works for more than four ordinary hours on 10 or more weekends during the year in which their annual leave accrues.
