RE-EMPLOYMENT OF RETIRED EMPLOYEES. Sec 31.1 Bargaining Unit members who retire under PERS/OPSRP mid-year and who are subsequently employed to complete their assignment will continue to be members of the bargaining unit until the end of the school year.
RE-EMPLOYMENT OF RETIRED EMPLOYEES. Classified employees who choose to retire under the PERS guidelines during the school year may be rehired to finish the current school year under the following conditions.
RE-EMPLOYMENT OF RETIRED EMPLOYEES. Definition: An employee who has worked for the district, retired and is receiving a retirement payment from the New York State Employees Retirement System, and who also is a full time employee per contract definition:

Unit members who retire from the Estacada School District may be rehired to complete the work year in their former assignment or into regular part-time employment, and shall be members of the bargaining unit represented by the Oregon School Employees Association. Employment and conditions of employment, including all eligibility for contractual rights and benefits under the Collective Bargaining Agreement shall be as set forth below:

RE-EMPLOYMENT OF RETIRED EMPLOYEES. 22.01 Non-teaching employees (hereinafter “employees”) who have retired and who are collecting retirement benefits from the SERS (Ohio) or a comparable retirement system may be employed/reemployed by the Board subject to the following special conditions:

In the event that the employee does not qualify, insurance benefits will be provided as outlined in Article 21 – Insurance. Paid Leaves – Mid Year Retirees Sick Leave: Retirees will be eligible to use any remaining annual sick leave days earned in the year of retirement. For example: nine (9) days granted at beginning of year and retiree used five (5) days before date of retirement. Retiree would be eligible to use four (4) days. The remaining eligible days will be deducted from what is reported to PERS. The retiree will not accumulate additional sick leave.
RE-EMPLOYMENT OF RETIRED EMPLOYEES. 20.01 If the Board elects to reemploy individuals who have retired from the Lakota Local School District and who are receiving benefits through the School Employees Retirement System, the conditions set forth in this agreement shall apply only to the employment of these individuals.
RE-EMPLOYMENT OF RETIRED EMPLOYEES. 15.1 A. Bargaining unit members who retire under PERS from the Sutherlin School District and who are subsequently employed shall be members of the bargaining unit, but will not maintain their seniority level prior to retirement if re-employed. The District is under no obligation to re-employ retired employees and has the sole discretion over hiring decisions.
