Recall allowance. An Employee recalled to duty at the workplace will be paid a minimum of two hours at the appropriate overtime rate where that duty is not continuous with their ordinary hours of duty.
Recall allowance a. If an Employee is recalled to duty during an off duty period where the work is not continuous with the Employee's next succeeding rostered period of ordinary duty, such Employee will be paid a minimum of three hours’ pay at the applicable overtime rates.
Recall allowance. (a) Unless otherwise agreed a team member recalled to work for any reason, before or after completing their normal roster or on a day on which they did not work, will be paid at the appropriate rate for all hours worked with a minimum of three hours on each occasion.
(b) The time worked will be calculated from the time the team member leaves home until the time they return home.
Recall allowance. A General Staff Member recalled to duty at the workplace will be paid a minimum of two hours at the appropriate overtime rate where that duty is not continuous with their ordinary hours of duty.
Recall allowance. A permanent employee recalled to work after leaving the place of employment shall be paid a minimum of two hours pay at the appropriate rate for such time so recalled, provided that the employee shall not be required to work the full two hours if the work is completed in a shorter period. By mutual agreement, employees may be recalled for duty even if they are not required to be on-call.
Recall allowance. (a) An Employee who is on-call and is required to return to the Clinic to perform services in connection with the modality or multiple modalities for which they are on-call, shall be paid the recall allowance as set out in Table 2 of Appendix A.
(b) The recall allowance is intended to compensate the Employee for the use of their personal telephone and for work undertaken of up to two hours’ duration, commencing from the time of the Employee’s arrival at the Clinic. If the work undertaken by the Employee exceeds two hours, overtime rates will be paid for the excess time worked.
(c) An Employee who is recalled is required to contact the ADON on duty before leaving the Clinic to ensure no further services are required.
Recall allowance. If you have completed your rostered hours on a day, and you are recalled for unscheduled work, you will be paid the greater of 3 hours or the time between when you leave your home and return home at the appropriate rate of pay. This will not apply in circumstances of a Voluntary Additional Shift under clause 4.3.3.
Recall allowance. Where an employee is required to attend the store after normal trading hours due to an alarm call-out, emergency or other pressing matter, they shall be paid at the appropriate rate for the hours for a minimum payment of three hours. The time worked will be calculated from the time the employee leaves home until the time they return home.
Recall allowance.
(a) This clause applies to a Team Member who for any reason is recalled to work by Drakes to perform specific duties on a day on which they:
(i) Have completed their normal roster; or
(ii) Did not work.
(b) Unless otherwise agreed between Drakes and the Team Member, Drakes will pay the Team Member at the appropriate rate of pay for whichever of the following is the greater:
(i) The time between when the Team Member leaves their place of residence until they return there;
(ii) 3 hours.
Recall allowance. 10.1 Unless otherwise agreed an employee recalled to work for any reason, before or after completing their normal roster or on a day on which they did not work, will be paid at the appropriate rate for all hours worked with a minimum of three hours on each occasion.
10.2 The time worked will be calculated from the time the employee leaves home until the time they return home.
