Recall to Different Job Title. 1. An employee terminated due to a reduction-in-force and awaiting recall, who (1) has held other positions on a permanent basis, and (2) has had his/her name placed on seniority lists in other job titles in accord with Paragraphs D and H, shall have a preferred right of recall in those job titles along with all others in those job titles in the order of seniority in accord with Section 23. 2. An employee who has his/her name on more than one job title seniority list will be contacted for recall whenever a vacancy occurs in any one of the job titles. 3. Declining recall to any job title on which the employee’s name appears on the seniority list waives all future recall rights to the specific job title. 4. A RIFed employee who accepts a recall to a position different in job title at the same or lower classification, shall remain on the seniority list in his/her former job title from which RIFed and shall retain the right to transfer back to that former job title and salary schedule as on at the time of RIF should a vacancy occur within the fiscal year following the RIF. Transfer will be based upon seniority and shall include those employees who have been recalled and those former employees who have not been recalled.

Effective January 1, 2005, for employees whose regularly assigned shifts commence between 2200 and 0559 hours shall receive a shift differential of one dollar ($1) per hour. Overtime shall not be calculated on the shift differential nor shall the shift differential be paid for paid absence from duty such as vacations, general holidays, etc.

  • Weekend Differential Employees assigned to State institutions other than Maine State Prison shall be eligible for a weekend differential of fifty cents ($.50) per hour to the base for shifts beginning between 10:00 p.m. Friday and 9:59 p.m.

  • Supervisory Differential Adjustment The Appointing Officer shall adjust the compensation of a supervisory employee whose compensation grade is set herein subject to the following conditions:

All Escrow Payments have been collected in full compliance with state and federal law and the provisions of the related Mortgage Note and Mortgage. An escrow of funds is not prohibited by applicable law and has been established in an amount sufficient to pay for every item that remains unpaid and has been assessed but is not yet due and payable. No escrow deposits or Escrow Payments or other charges or payments due the Seller have been capitalized under the Mortgage or the Mortgage Note. All Mortgage Interest Rate adjustments have been made in strict compliance with state and federal law and the terms of the related Mortgage and Mortgage Note on the related Interest Rate Adjustment Date. If, pursuant to the terms of the Mortgage Note, another index was selected for determining the Mortgage Interest Rate, the same index was used with respect to each Mortgage Note which required a new index to be selected, and such selection did not conflict with the terms of the related Mortgage Note. The Seller or the Interim Servicer executed and delivered any and all notices required under applicable law and the terms of the related Mortgage Note and Mortgage regarding the Mortgage Interest Rate and the Monthly Payment adjustments. Any interest required to be paid pursuant to state, federal and local law has been properly paid and credited;

  • Night Shift Differential Unit 12 employees who regularly work shifts shall receive a night shift differential as set forth below: A. Employees shall qualify for the first night shift pay differential of forty (40) cents per hour where four (4) or more hours of the regularly scheduled work shift falls between 6 p.m. and 12 midnight. B. Employees shall qualify for the second night shift pay differential of fifty (50) cents per hour where four (4) or more hours of the regularly scheduled work shift fall between 12 midnight and 6 a.m. C. A "regularly scheduled work shift" are those regularly assigned work hours established by the department director or designee.

  • COSTS DISTRIBUTED THROUGH COUNTYWIDE COST ALLOCATIONS The indirect overhead and support service costs listed in the Summary Schedule (attached) are formally approved as actual costs for fiscal year 2022-23, and as estimated costs for fiscal year 2024-25 on a “fixed with carry-forward” basis. These costs may be included as part of the county departments’ costs indicated effective July 1, 2024, for further allocation to federal grants and contracts performed by the respective county departments.
