REFRESHMENT AND LUNCH BREAK. 20.01 An employee will be allowed to have one (1) paid refreshment break of ten (10) minutes during each half (2) of his working shift. 20.02 Regular day shift employees shall be allowed one non-paid half (1/2) hour lunch break near the midpoint of the shift. It is understood that no employee will be required to work more than five (5) consecutive hours without a lunch break.

REFRESHMENT AND LUNCH BREAK. 7.01 This clause shall only apply to scheduled shifts of nine (9) hours or less. Any shift above nine (9) hours shall establish refreshment and lunch breaks in accordance with Article 18. (a) To work through refreshment breaks and leave work forty-five minutes early without loss of pay. (b) No employee shall be required to work more than five consecutive hours without a lunch break.
