Regular Operating Hours. The City’s normal business hours are: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (PT), excluding observed City holidays. All scheduled services under this Agreement shall be completed within normal business hours (unless approved in writing and in advance by the City Project Manager). Any unapproved hours of work will be considered performed at Contractor's own expense. Contractor shall not be regularly scheduled for services on observed City holidays. Current observed City holidays are New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xx. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Holidays are shifted if they fall on a weekend.
