Release for Bargaining Clause Samples
The 'Release for Bargaining' clause establishes that one party agrees to relinquish certain claims or rights in exchange for the opportunity to negotiate or bargain over specific terms. In practice, this clause might apply when an employee waives potential legal claims against an employer as a condition for entering into collective bargaining discussions or negotiating a new contract. Its core function is to facilitate open negotiations by resolving or setting aside existing disputes, thereby allowing both parties to focus on reaching new agreements without the distraction or risk of ongoing claims.
