Reliability Coordinator Functions. The following functions to be performed by the Reliability Coordinator shall be performed in conjunction with the functions to be performed by the Independent Transmission Operator under the Independent Transmission Organization Agreement and will fully incorporate the LG&E/KU operations into the procedures and protocols governing other facilities in the Reliability Coordinator’s Reliability Coordination Area in accordance with the CMP:
Reliability Coordinator Functions. The Reliability Coordinator will ensure a long-term (one year and beyond) plan is available for adequate resources and transmission within the TVA Reliability Area. The Reliability Coordinator will integrate the Annual Plan provided by the ITO with plans of other operating entities in the Reliability Coordination Area and assess the plans to ensure those plans meet reliability standards. The Reliability Coordinator will advise the ITO of solutions to plans that do not meet those standards. The Reliability Coordinator will then coordinate the Reliability Area Plan with those of neighboring reliability coordinators and Planning Coordinators to ensure wide-area grid reliability. These functions include:
Reliability Coordinator Functions. The Reliability Coordinator shall perform the following functions: a) Monitoring, analyzing, and coordinating the reliability of LG&E/KU’s facilities and interfaces with other Balancing Authorities, Transmission Operators, and other reliability coordinators.

The Reliability Coordinator will advise the ITO of potential solutions in the event the Annual Plan does not meet those standards or does not align with the TVA Reliability Coordinator Area Plan.   • Project Coordinator 3. Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected. Each Project Coordinator shall be responsible for overseeing the implementation of this Consent Agreement and for designating a person to act in his/her absence. All communications between Respondent and DTSC, and all documents, report approvals, and other correspondence concerning the activities performed pursuant to this Consent Agreement shall be directed through the Project Coordinators.   • Operations Support Systems Functions CBT shall provide CLEC, upon CLEC's request, nondiscriminatory access to CBT's Operations Support Systems functions for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair and billing, in accordance with the terms and schedules established in the Commission’s Arbitration Award in Case No. 97-152-TP-ARB, August 14, 1997 (“Arbitration Award”). CBT shall provide CLEC advance written notice of any material changes to CBT operating support systems functions.

  • MANAGEMENT FUNCTION 3.01 The Union recognizes the right of the Company to hire, promote, transfer, demote and layoff employees and to suspend, discharge or otherwise discipline employees for just cause subject to the right of any employee to lodge a grievance in the manner and to the extent as herein provided. The Union further recognizes the right of the Company to operate and manage its business in all respects, to maintain order and efficiency in its operations, and to determine the location of its operations, its products, the scheduling of its operations and its methods, processes, and means of conducting its business. The Union further acknowledges that the Company has the right to make and alter, from time to time, rules and regulations to be observed by employees, which rules and regulations shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Project Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality and consistency of deliverables and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.

  • Coordinators The contractor shall assign coordinators as needed to coordinate At-Sea Monitor deployment and provide At-Sea Monitor support services. The coordinator shall be designated as key personnel under this contract (per section H.8). All coordinators are required to maintain current At-Sea Monitor Certification. Ensure that all key personnel attend any refresher trainings for At-Sea Monitors. For a specific job description see Section J, Attachment 2, Labor Category Classifications and Job Descriptions.

  • Utility Coordination Identify all potential utility conflicts and provide preliminary office check plans showing the problem locations, posted to the City’s FTP site. Plans will clearly identify specific utility company facilities by color and by name (i.e. not just “gas” or “fiber optic”). ENGINEER shall include a conflict list for each utility, also posted to the FTP site. ENGINEER shall meet with utility company representatives to review plans and utility verification forms (Attachment No. 3 to Exhibit “A”) at each milestone date and as directed by the CITY and as determined necessary by the ENGINEER. This in- formation will be compiled into a summary report (Attachment No. 4 to Exhibit “A” also available on the City’s FTP site) maintained and updated by ENGINEER as necessary to present a cohesive and reflective status of utilities, and provided to the City as necessary. ENGINEER shall maintain involvement with utility companies until all conflicts have been resolved (not just identified). When appropriate, the City Engineer will approve the identification on plans of conflicts to be resolved during construction. ENGINEER shall meet with involved utility company/ies and project contractor to resolve any conflicts with utilities that occur during construction.

  • Scheduling Coordinator Buyer shall act as the Scheduling Coordinator for the Project. In that regard, Buyer and Seller shall agree to the following:

  • Program Coordinator An individual designated by the program director to assist the program director in managing Match activities.

  • Administrative Functions Include any or a combination of: liaising with other departments on work flows and other matters; participating in interdepartmental meetings; coordinating transactions with external agencies on behalf of department; formulating and updating departmental procedures; recommending changes to Administration; compiling statistical reports on departmental activity. Administrative Levels Duties First level: As listed above. Second level: Participates in development and monitoring of departmental budget.
