Health/Dental Benefits. (a) The Board will contribute one hundred percent (100%) of the cost of the monthly premium of an extended health benefit plan, as detailed in Schedule B attached hereto, for all members who are subscribers, their spouses, and all eligible dependants. This is also to include all future retirees and their spouses and eligible dependants until the retiree reaches the age of 65, with one hundred percent (100%) of the premium paid by the Board, provided that the retiree is in receipt of a pension under the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (OMERS). For the purposes of prescription drugs, generic drugs are to be dispensed if available, unless stipulated otherwise by the physician. (2012)

Health/Dental Benefits. All benefit plans provided to full-time faculty under Section 7.4 are extended to part-time faculty under the same conditions as to full-time faculty.
Health/Dental Benefits. The College will permit adjunct faculty to purchase health and dental benefits as provided under the Onondaga County Municipal Benefits Agreement to full-time faculty under Section 7.4 at the faculty member's own expense at the premium equivalent rate as determined by the College provided the adjunct has completed his/her probationary period. Once enrolled, an adjunct's coverage will continue as long as the adjunct is employed by the College for at least one course during an academic year.

The faculty and the college agreed to a new health benefit plan known as the OCC PPO Plan administered by MVP, herein after referred to as The Plan, which became effective January 1, 2008. The plan document has now been agreed upon by the parties and is incorporated by reference herein. The parties have agreed to the Benefit Plan Summary, Summary Plan Description, and all applicable riders for accuracy and completeness. If a conflict exists the Summary Plan Description will control.

Employee acknowledges receipt of notice of her right to elect continued health care coverage in accordance with the provisions of the federal Consolidated Omnibus Budget & Reconciliation Act, as amended ("COBRA"). In the event that Employee exercises her COBRA right to continue coverage under Neoprobe's group health insurance policy, Neoprobe agrees to continue to pay a portion of the premiums for such coverage in the amount of $180.50 per month through August 31, 2000. Employee's portion of the premiums will be $25.00 per month during this period. Subject to the application of Section 5, thereafter, if Employee wishes to continue such coverage for the remaining nine (9) month COBRA period, Employee must do so completely at her own expense. 2 3.
Health/Dental Benefits. Part-time employees shall not be entitled to any health, prescription drug or dental insurance benefits as provided by Articles 17 and 18 of the collective bargaining agreement.
Health/Dental Benefits. The County will continue to cover all employees in the County Health Benefit Program. Not withstanding anything else in the Agreement to the contrary, should the County change in any respect the health and dental benefits provided to other County employees, said changes shall also be made to the health and dental benefits provided to the employees covered by this Agreement without prior negotiations.
