Reports to the Owner. Not later than the twentieth (20th) calendar day of each month or, if the 20th day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day, the Servicer shall furnish to the Owner standard monthly reports as set forth on Exhibit 1 attached hereto or in a format mutually agreed upon (which shall be provided in Excel format). For all purposes of this Agreement, delinquency status shall be determined in accordance with standard MBA methodology, as is appropriate, as determined by the Owner for the applicable Mortgage Loan type and set forth in the related Notice of Inbound Transfer. Not less frequently than quarterly, commencing in the second calendar quarter following the calendar quarter in which this Agreement is executed and delivered, the Servicer shall deliver to the Owner a reasonably detailed report regarding the Servicer’s financial results. Not less frequently than annually, commencing in the calendar year following the year in which this Agreement is executed and delivered, the Servicer shall deliver to the Owner relevant market data on management and servicing fees.
Reports to the Owner. (a) The Company will deliver to the Owner on or before March 15 of each year, beginning with the first March 15 that occurs at least six (6) months after the Cut-off Date, a certificate of an officer of the Company stating, as to each signer thereof, that (i) a review of the activities of the Company during the preceding calendar year and of performance under agreements similar to this Agreement has been made under such officer’s supervision, (ii) to the best of such officer’s knowledge, based on such review, the Company has fulfilled its obligations in all material respects throughout such year, or, if there has been a default in the fulfillment in all material respects of any such obligation relating to this Agreement, specifying each such default known to such officer and the nature and status thereof and (iii) to the best of such officer’s knowledge, each Subservicer has fulfilled its material obligations under its Subservicing Agreement in all material respects, or if there has been a material default in the fulfillment of such obligations as it relates to the Mortgage Loans, specifying such default known to such officer and the nature and status thereof.
(b) On or before March 15 of each year, beginning with the first March 15 that occurs at least six (6) months after the initial Cut-off Date, the Company shall cause a firm of independent public accountants that is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants to furnish a statement to the Owner to the effect that such firm has examined certain documents and records relating to the servicing of the mortgage loans under various agreements (including this Agreement) similar one to another and that, on the basis of such examination conducted substantially in compliance with the Uniform Single Audit Program for Mortgage Bankers or the Audit Program for Mortgages serviced for Xxxxxxx Mac, such servicing has been conducted in compliance with such agreements except for such significant exceptions or errors in records that, in the opinion of such firm, the Uniform Single Audit Program for Mortgage Bankers or the Audit Program for Mortgages serviced for Xxxxxxx Mac requires it to report (the “USAP Report”). The Company shall use its best efforts to eliminate any such reported exceptions or errors as promptly as practicable.

Reports to the Owner. At least once each calendar year, We will furnish You with a report, without any charge to You, showing the Contract Value, the amounts allocated to the applicable Strategies, and any other information as may be required by law. The report will show current information as of a date no more than 4 months prior to the date of mailing. Additional reports will be available to You on request at a maximum charge of $20.00 per report. We will send You confirmations of certain transactions. Reports and confirmations will be sent to Your last known address. We may require satisfactory evidence of the continued survival of any person(s) on whose life Annuity Payments are based. We reserve the right to discontinue Annuity Payments until satisfactory proof of continued survival is received by Us. A24RILA-SPDA-02 10 We may be required to suspend or delay the payment of Death Benefits and withdrawals, the calculation of Annuity Payments, Performance Lock requests, and Reallocations under this Contract when We cannot calculate a Strategy Contract Value under any of the following circumstances: ● the New York Stock Exchange is closed (other than customary weekend and holiday closings); ● the closing value of an Index is not published; ● trading on the New York Stock Exchange is restricted; ● if any value, not limited to the Index Value, is unavailable for the calculation of the Strategy Interim Value; ● the calculation of the Strategy Interim Value is not reasonably practical due to an emergency; or during any other period when a regulator, by order, so permits. If a value for an Index cannot be obtained on any day due to any of these circumstances, We will use the value of the Index as of the last Valuation Day the value is available. If the beginning day of a Strategy Term falls on a Valuation Day for which We cannot obtain a value for an Index, the beginning day of the Strategy Term will use the Index Value as of the last Valuation Day. We reserve the right to defer payments for any Withdrawal Amount for a period not exceeding six (6) months except to pay premiums on any policy in force with Us. Subject to state requirements, interest will be credited during such deferral period.
Reports to the Owner. The Owner shall pay the Servicer for any extraordinary servicing reports Owner may request and which are prepared by the Servicer, other than those reports specified in Section 7.01(a). The cost for such reports shall be agreed upon in advance.
Reports to the Owner. (a) Not later than the Remittance Date each month (or not later than such other date as specifically set forth below) the Servicer shall prepare and deliver to the Owner the reports identified on Exhibit C attached hereto. The Servicer shall deliver to the Owner a written remittance advice on each Remittance Date. Such remittance advice shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit C.
Reports to the Owner. We will provide a written report to the Owner at least once each contract year without charge while this contract has an Accumulation Value. We will also provide a written confirmation to you when any annuity payments are made under this contract.

Reports to the Owner. Servicer shall furnish to the Purchaser standard monthly reports as set forth in Section 5.02 of the Existing Servicing Agreement.
Reports to the Owner. 12.1 In conjunction with the Construction Team and the Professional Team, delivering to the Owner periodic reports (but not more frequently than monthly) on the status of the Development Project.
12.2 Reports to the Owner are to include the following items as appropriate in the circumstances:
12.2.1 scope of work a description of the construction works involved in the Development Project and any approved or proposed changes;
12.2.2 execution plan identifying the current status of the construction works involved in the Development Project, progress and planned completion against the programme;
12.2.3 key event completion report providing an overview of the status of the construction works involved in the Development Project by listing key events, plotting these events against the programme and measuring actual performance against the work plans to provide early warning of areas of concern;
12.2.4 areas of concern highlighting potential delays, the Construction Team's resourcing problems or other matters requiring attention;
12.2.5 cost report identifying actual expenditure, cost overruns, cash flow commitments and the allocation of the contingency;
12.2.6 documentation the status of the appointments of the Professional Team and the Construction Team, Construction Contract and warranties30;
12.2.7 review of variations' orders providing a list of approved and pending scope changes from those previously supplied and their impact on the Cost Plan and the programme;
12.2.8 breaches and claims reporting on matters which the Manager considers are, or might lead to:
12.2.8.1 material breach of obligation by the Construction Team or the Professional Team; or
12.2.8.2 claims for additional time for completion or additional money under their respective appointments and Construction Contract;
12.2.9 Requisite Consents details of those obtained and required and progress with compliance;
12.2.10 background explanatory notes and supporting calculations so that the reports are self-contained and self-explanatory;
12.2.11 other matters such other matters or things as the Owner reasonably requests.
12.3 Holding project and steering committee meetings with the Construction Team, the Professional Team and the Owner monthly, or more frequently as may be required once the construction works involved in the Development Project have commenced, and reporting to the Owner accordingly. 30 Amend if Third Party Rights are being used.
Reports to the Owner. The Owner may request from time to time status reports for the project. This report should include estimated time of completion for each assigned project, all conflicts and expected project delays or other items as deemed necessary by Owner to determine contract compliance.
