RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE INTERN. 5 1. The University deploys and the Intern agrees to carry out an internship in the Receiving Institution, ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….. 2. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE INTERN a. The intern will serve a minimum number of clock hours appropriate to the type of internship (i.e., 1200 for specialist internship; 1300 hours of doctoral school internship; 300 hours for specialty internship). b. The intern will maintain a daily log of activities, (one copy of the log sent to the University at the end of each month), which shows meetings with the site supervisor of at least two (2) hours per week. c. The intern will communicate with the university supervisor on a regularly scheduled basis during the school year. d. The intern will complete a semester report at the end of the first semester (to be filed with the university supervisor). e. The intern will prepare an evaluation of the internship experience at the end of the year (to be submitted to the university supervisor).

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE INTERN. 3.1 The Intern commits to participating in the workplace internship actively, conscientiously, and in accordance with the resources available to him or her. However, none of the activities carried out by the trainee give him or her professional responsibility; 3.2 The Intern must be aware of the Company’s operating rules, its current practices, and the ethical rules to which the Company’s employees are subject; 3.3 The Intern formally agrees to respect the confidentiality of the information to which he or she has access during the workplace internship. The Intern also undertakes to respect the property and resources provided by the Company; 3.4 The Intern acknowledges that the work (documents, programs, web pages, electronic projects, etc.) produced over the course of the workplace internship remains the Company’s exclusive property; 3.5 The Intern agrees to be present and respect the internship schedule. If an emergency or other major reason prevents him or her from doing the internship, he or she must inform the person in the company responsible for the internship and the staff of the Interconnection program; 3.6 Although the Intern must behave like a permanent employee of the Company, his or her participation in the workplace internship does not give the intern any privilege or benefit defined in the terms and conditions of the contract of a permanent employee; 3.7 The Intern formally undertakes not to make any illegal copies of documents or software.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE INTERN. The student intern is expected to cooperate at all times with Company concerning the assignments and commitments of the company, to conduct himself in a professional manner while on or off duty, and to abide by all rules and regulations pertaining to the regular employees of the company.

Thereafter, it is the responsibility of the INTERN and DISTRICT to contact the CSULB Credential Office regarding obtaining the Internship Credential from CTC, the issuer of the Internship Credential.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE INTERN. 1. The intern: a. will honor the standard of confidentiality agreed upon with the supervisor b. will recognize leadership boundaries and honor them c. will not triangulate in relationships between the supervisor and other people at the site 2. If the internship is full-time, the intern will not be otherwise employed. If the intern wishes to register for any course work during the period of internship, approval of all parties to this agreement must be obtained. 3. If an emergency or major issue prevents the Intern from completing the internship, he or she must advise the person responsible at the company and the Interconnection Program personnel; 3.5 Although the Intern must behave as a regular employee of the Company, his or her participation in the workplace internship does not grant privileges or benefits defined as such in the terms and conditions of employment of a regular employee; 3.6 The Intern formally agrees not to make illegal copies of documents or software.
