Roster conditions. (a) Conditions for all rosters are attached to this document in Appendix A. (b) The following conditions will also apply to all rosters in Appendix A of this Agreement: (i) 12 hours pay for employees rostered off on public holidays. (ii) Public holidays will take affect from 7.00 a.m. on the morning of the holiday to 7.00 a.m. the following day.

Roster conditions. 13.1 Days per 28 Day Roster Cycle – Full-time and Part-time Team Members 13.1.1 No full-time or part-time team member shall be rostered to work more than 20 days in any 28 day roster cycle, except in circumstances in accordance with clause 13.1.2 or 13.2.3. 13.1.2 All existing full-time team members currently working 19 days per 28 day roster cycle as at the date of lodgement of this Agreement shall retain their working cycle of 19 days per 28 day roster cycle, unless they otherwise agree to work 20 days per 28 day roster cycle. 13.1.3 Where practicable, a full-time team member on a 19 day start shall be given the preference to take their non-working day in conjunction with annual leave or to move their non-working day so that it adjoins a period of annual leave. 13.1.4 No full-time team member shall be engaged on more than one shift per day.
Roster conditions. 2.1. Rosters shall be arranged in Roster Zones aligned to the Signal Technician Roster. (Thursday PM to the following Thursday AM). The weekly standby roster period will extend from 1600 hours Thursday until 0730 hours the following Thursday, with exception of a Thursday being a Public Holiday in which case the standby roster period will commence from 0730 hrs on the Thursday morning. 2.2. Roster will be in ‘Blocks' for each weekday and each weekend day with Public Holidays treated the same as weekend blocks when they occur.
Roster conditions. 8.1 A full-time employee’s hours of work shall normally be worked on not more than 5 consecutive days each week. Provided that rosters may be formulated to allow an employee to work 6 consecutive days in one week and not more than 4 consecutive days on the next week by mutual agreement between the employee and the employer. 8.2 A part-time employee’s hours of work may not necessarily be worked in consecutive starts. 8.3 Rosters shall wherever practicable be prepared to take specific account of an employees individual circumstances, including family and other genuine commitments. 8.4 A weekly hire employee shall be allowed 2 consecutive days off each second week, or otherwise by mutual agreement. 8.5 An employee may be required to work a combination of day work, afternoon shift and/or night shift in any one week. Provided that the employee’s shifts will be structured in such a way so that if the employee works afternoon or night shift on one day then he or she will not be required to work day work on the following day. 8.6 An employee’s hours of work shall be rostered a fortnight in advance. An employee’s rostered hours may then only be changed by agreement between the employee and the employer or by the employer giving one week’s notice of such change. 8.7 An employee shall be entitled to an 8 hour break between their rostered finish time on one day and their rostered start time on the next day. Provided that this paragraph shall not apply in circumstances where employees, with the agreement of the employer, have arranged to change or swap their rostered shifts. 8.8 An employee may elect, with the consent of the employer, to work “make up time” under which the employee takes time off during ordinary hours, and works those hours at a later time, during the spread of ordinary hours provided in the Agreement.

(i) Rosters shall wherever practicable be prepared to take specific account of an employees individual circumstances including family and other genuine commitments. (ii) Rosters shall be prepared at least one month in advance and shall not be altered without the consent of the employee or by the giving of not less than one weeks’ notice of such change. (iii) An employee may be advised of a change in his or her rostered hours of work without the notice specified in (i)(ii) in unforeseen circumstances which are beyond the reasonable control of the employer. Unforeseen circumstances may include but not be limited to the breakdown of machinery, plant, or the computer system, absenteeism and internal and/or external industrial disputation. (iv) Should an employee wish to contest a proposed roster change other than those made in accordance with paragraph (iii) of this subclause, such change shall not be implemented without 14 days notice during which period the matter will be negotiated between the employee and the employer. (v) An employee’s roster may not be changed with the sole intent of avoiding payment of penalties or loadings or any other benefit. If this arises, the employee shall be entitled to such penalty, loading or benefit, as if their roster had not changed.
Roster conditions. The basis of this Agreement centres on 9 x 8 hour 26 minute shifts averaging 76 hours per fortnight for full‐time employees with pro rata number of shifts and/or hours for part‐time and/or job share employees. Rosters other than the above must meet the intent of the Agreement and be agreed upon by both parties. Any alternative rosters must provide productivity and training initiatives equal to or better than a 9 x 8 hour 26 minute roster scenario for fulltime employees with pro rata number of shifts and/or hours for part‐time and/or job share employees. Rosters will incorporate a pre‐shift briefing (minimum 10 mins) and a period for handover (minimum 15 mins).

  • Other Conditions 4.1 The Bank may at any time vary, modify or amend the terms and conditions of the Program as it may, in its reasonable discretion, think fit, and the Cardholder shall be bound by such variations and amendments after such variations and amendments have been communicated to the Cardholder. 4.2 Any abuse or fraud in respect of the issuance of Points or redemption of Rewards (including any Points transfer to designated airlines’ programmes), may result in the cancellation of accrued Points and any Rewards already issued. 4.3 Without prejudice to any of the Bank’s rights and remedies, the Bank is entitled, at any time, in its reasonable discretion with reasonable notice, to terminate the Program or withdraw, cancel or invalidate any Reward and/ or Points already issued. 4.4 The Bank is not liable if it is unable to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions, due directly or indirectly to the failure of any machine or communication system, industrial dispute, war, Act of God, or anything outside the control of the Bank, its agents or any third party. The Bank shall not be responsible for any delay in the transmission to the Bank of evidence of Retail Purchases by the participating merchants or any other third party. 4.5 The Cardholder hereby authorizes the Bank to disclose information regarding himself/herself and his/her Card Account(s) to such third parties as the Bank deems necessary for the purposes of the Program. 4.6 The Bank’s records of all matters relating to this program are conclusive and binding on the Cardholder, save in the case of the Bank’s manifest or clerical error. The Bank is entitled to, for any reason and at any time, with reasonable notice, suspends the calculation or accrual of Points to rectify any errors in the calculation, or otherwise adjust such calculation. 4.7 The Bank’s decision on all matters relating to the Program shall be final and binding on the Cardholder. 4.8 Any redemption of any Reward shall be governed by the Citi ThankYou Rewards Program Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.
