S ection 7. 1. “Classification Seniority” shall, in all applications except for vacation accrual, be computed on the basis of the uninterrupted length of continuous service with the Employer, within a basic job classification. S ection 7. Double-Time: All hours worked on Sundays and paid holidays shall be paid at double-time rates of normal pay. All double-time must be approved by the business administrator in writing in advance of any scheduled double-time event. S ection 8. Minimum Call-Back Pay: Employees called back to work shall receive pay for the actual hours worked with a minimum guarantee of two (2) hours’ pay at the rate established by this Agreement. No mileage shall be paid.
S ection 7. Vacation after thirteen (13) Years When an employee completes thirteen (13) years of service on his/her anniversary hiring date, he/she shall receive an additional two (2) days of paid vacation during that year, for a total of eighteen (18) days vacation that year, and each year thereafter subject to the stipulation in Article 9, Section 2. S ection 8. Vacation after Fifteen (15) Years When an employee completes fifteen (15) years of service on his/her anniversary hiring date, he/she shall receive an additional two (2) days of paid vacation during that year, for a total of twenty (20) days vacation that year, and each year thereafter subject to the stipulation in Article 9, Section 2.
S ection 7. 3 The Employee Authorization Card shall clearly state the timeframes and conditions in which an Employee may withdraw from Local No. 1180. The Employee Authorization Card shall state that the Employee releases and holds the City of Tulsa harmless and will indemnify the City of Tulsa should any litigation or other legal or administrative proceeding result from the provisions stated in Article 7. Employees who have completed authorization cards prior to the execution of this Agreement shall not be required to complete new Employee Authorization cards, but by ratification of this Agreement they are subject to the provisions of this Article. S ection 7.4 One-half of the monthly dues deduction shall be made from the first two paychecks of each month and the dues received will normally be delivered to the Treasurer of Local No. 1180 not later than ten (10) days after the deduction. Local No. 1180 shall receive a dues deduction report quarterly during the calendar year. S ection 7.5 Prior to changing the requested amount of dues deduction, Local No. 1180 shall notify the City of such change in writing no later than December 1st. Any changes in dues will not be effective until the following January 1st.

  • Campaign Contribution Restrictions For all State contracts as defined in C.G.S. § 9-612(g) the authorized signatory to this Contract expressly acknowledges receipt of the State Elections Enforcement Commission’s (“SEEC”) notice advising state contractors of state campaign contribution and solicitation prohibitions, and will inform its principles of the contents of the notice. See Form reproduced and inserted below.

Stat. § 9- 612(g)(1) having a value in a calendar year of $50,000 or more or a combination or series of such agreements or contracts having a value of $100,000 or more, the authorized signatory to this Contract expressly acknowledges receipt of the State Elections Enforcement Commission's notice advising state contractors of state campaign contribution and solicitation prohibitions, and will inform its principals of the contents of the notice, as set forth in “Notice to Executive Branch State Contractors and Prospective State Contractors of Campaign Contribution and Solicitation Limitations,” attached as Exhibit C.

  • CHILD AND DEPENDENT ADULT/ELDER ABUSE REPORTING CONTRACTOR shall establish a procedure acceptable to ADMINISTRATOR to ensure that all employees, agents, subcontractors, and all other individuals performing services under this Agreement report child abuse or neglect to one of the agencies specified in Penal Code Section 11165.9 and dependent adult or elder abuse as defined in Section 15610.07 of the WIC to one of the agencies specified in WIC Section 15630. CONTRACTOR shall require such employees, agents, subcontractors, and all other individuals performing services under this Agreement to sign a statement acknowledging the child abuse reporting requirements set forth in Sections 11166 and 11166.05 of the Penal Code and the dependent adult and elder abuse reporting requirements, as set forth in Section 15630 of the WIC, and shall comply with the provisions of these code sections, as they now exist or as they may hereafter be amended.

  • System for Award Management (XXX) Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a XXX.xxx proof of registration and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) number. Grantee will continue to maintain an active XXX registration with current information at all times during which it has an active award under this Agreement.

  • EDD Independent Subrecipient Reporting Requirements Effective January 1, 2001, the County of Orange is required to file in accordance with subdivision (a) of Section 6041A of the Internal Revenue Code for services received from a “service provider” to whom the County pays $600 or more or with whom the County enters into a contract for $600 or more within a single calendar year. The purpose of this reporting requirement is to increase child support collection by helping to locate parents who are delinquent in their child support obligations. The term “service provider” is defined in California Unemployment Insurance Code Section 1088.8, Subparagraph B.2 as “an individual who is not an employee of the service recipient for California purposes and who received compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that service recipient within or without the State.” The term is further defined by the California Employment Development Department to refer specifically to independent Subrecipients. An independent Subrecipient is defined as “an individual who is not an employee of the ... government entity for California purposes and who receives compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that ... government entity either in or outside of California.” The reporting requirement does not apply to corporations, general partnerships, limited liability partnerships, and limited liability companies.   • Certification Regarding Prohibition of Boycotting Israel (Tex Gov. Code 2271) If (a) Vendor is not a sole proprietorship; (b) Vendor has ten (10) or more full-time employees; and (c) this Agreement or any agreement with a TIPS Member under this procurement has value of $100,000 or more, the following certification shall apply; otherwise, this certification is not required. Vendor certifies, where applicable, that neither the Vendor, nor any affiliate, subsidiary, or parent company of Vendor, if any, boycotts Israel, and Vendor agrees that Vendor and Vendor Companies will not boycott Israel during the term of this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “boycott” shall mean and include refusing to deal with, terminating business activities with, or otherwise taking any action that is intended to penalize, inflict economic harm on, or limit commercial relations with Israel, or with a person or entity doing business in Israel or in an Israeli-controlled territory but does not include an action made for ordinary business purposes.   • Distribution Restrictions The Employer must elect in Section 6.03 the Adoption Agreement the distribution events permitted under the Plan. The distribution events applicable to the Participant's Deferral Contributions Account, Qualified Nonelective Contributions Account and Qualified Matching Contributions Account must satisfy the distribution restrictions described in paragraph (m) of Section 14.03.

  • CERTIFICATION REGARDING CERTAIN FOREIGN-OWNED COMPANIES IN CONNECTION WITH CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE (Texas law as of September 1, 2021) By submitting a proposal to this Solicitation, you certify that you agree to the following required by Texas law as of September 1, 2021: Proposing Company is prohibited from entering into a contract or other agreement relating to critical infrastructure that would grant to the company direct or remote access to or control of critical infrastructure in this state, excluding access specifically allowed by the Proposing Company for product warranty and support purposes. Company, certifies that neither it nor its parent company nor any affiliate of company or its parent company, is (1) owned by or the majority of stock or other ownership interest of the company is held or controlled by individuals who are citizens of China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, or a designated country; (2) a company or other entity, including governmental entity, that is owned or controlled by citizens of or is directly controlled by the government of China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, or a designated country; or (3) headquartered in China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, or a designated country. For purposes of this contract, “critical infrastructure” means “a communication infrastructure system, cybersecurity system, electric grid, hazardous waste treatment system, or water treatment facility.” See Tex. Gov’t Code § 2274.0101(2) of SB 1226 (87th leg.). The company verifies and certifies that company will not grant direct or remote access to or control of critical infrastructure, except for product warranty and support purposes, to prohibited individuals, companies, or entities, including governmental entities, owned, controlled, or headquartered in China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, or a designated country, as determined by the Governor.
