Canine Officer. An employee assigned as Canine Officer shall receive three and three-quarter (3.75) hours of additional straight-time pay in each fourteen (14) day pay period, such additional compensation to be used in the calculation of overtime.
Canine Officer. Employees assigned by the Employer to Canine (K-9) Officer shall receive sixteen (16) hours of pay per month for canine maintenance.
Canine Officer. During the time that the City of Xxxxxxxx utilizes a canine officer, the city agrees as follows:
Canine Officer. The K-9 Officer shall receive four (4) hours of overtime pay per week for feeding and caring for his/her dog while off duty.
Canine Officer. The parties agree that the effective Memorandum of Understanding regarding the Canine Officer shall be attached to this Agreement as an Appendix. Upon the request of either party, the parties shall discuss the Memorandum of Understanding during a Labor Management Meeting.
Canine Officer. 43.8.1 An employee assigned as Canine Officer shall receive specific compensation in the amount of an additional five percent (5%) of the monthly base salary per month. This increase in compensation is intended to compensate officers for expertise of being canine handlers and in lieu of their ability to participate in seniority shift sign-up in the Field Services Division, and selection processes for other special assignments or collateral duties.
Canine Officer. A. For a City owned canine certified for duty use, the City shall provide food, special food supplements and equipment as outlined in the Canine Operations Manual.
Canine Officer. 50.1: The Charter Township of Xxxxxxx and the Redford Police Officers Association have reached an agreement concerning the terms and conditions for the position of Canine Officer. The parties hereby set forth the terms of their Agreement.
Canine Officer. A Canine Officer may be appointed by, and will serve at the discretion of, the Chief of Police, who may recommend termination the Canine Program at any time. The Chief of Police will follow Article 11.4 of the collective bargaining agreement in selecting the Canine Officer. The Rochester Police Commission may terminate the Canine Program at any time. During any regular on-duty shift, the Canine Officer will be relieved of regular duties for one (1) hour for the purpose of caring for, training, and feeding the animal, but will receive regular, straight-time wages for the full shift. This does not apply to shifts worked on outside details or private duty assignments. On any day that the Canine Officer is not scheduled for an on-duty shift, he or she will receive one (1) hour of overtime compensation for caring for, training, and feeding the animal. The Canine Officer shall not receive more than one (1) hour of compensation in any calendar day for caring for, training and feeding the animal. Canine Officer. Covered officers assigned to act as the police Canine Officer shall receive compensation as set forth in the Canine Officer Assignment Agreement, attached hereto as Appendix B. ARTICLE XII
